Villa Lani is a brand-new, three-story luxury villa featuring four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Every bedroom, along with the kitchen, living room, and pool area, offers stunning ocean views. Nestled into the cliffside just above Playa Guiones, the villa provides a perfect vantage point to watch the surf break while enjoying your morning coffee.
Designed by award-winning architects at Studio Saxe, the villa showcases a modern and elegant style. It can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests, making it ideal for two or three families vacationing together. The layout includes three master bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, plus a spacious bedroom designed for children that contains two bunk beds and two trundle beds.
Built with sustainable tourism principles, Villa Lani operates fully on solar power and recycles household water to irrigate the lush gardens both inside and outside the property. The home is equipped with a natural insect repellent system, ensuring guests can comfortably enjoy the indoor and outdoor living spaces. Additionally, a comprehensive water filtration system is installed throughout the villa, allowing guests to drink tap water safely and reduce plastic bottle waste.
The expansive top floor serves as a gathering space where friends and family can dine or relax while taking in breathtaking ocean views. The pool deck includes a dining area with a barbecue grill, perfect for preparing meals outdoors. The saltwater pool offers a refreshing way to cool down, and the surrounding lounge area is ideal for watching the sunset.

We had a great time. The house is in a perfect location. We were a party of 9 and had plenty of space. The views from the living are better than what you see in the pictures. If this place is available I advise that you rent it.

We had a great stay in Nosara and would definitely come back. The house was exactly what we were hoping for—clean, comfortable, and a great place for our family. One of the best parts of our stay was the concierge service. They were always quick to respond and made everything so easy. They helped us arrange transportation, set up an incredible private chef for dinner one night, and shared great local recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and things to do. Every suggestion was fantastic. Having someone local to help with the details really made our trip stress-free and let us enjoy our vacation. We highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Nosara!

Amazing place!!! The view was stunning. The house had a fully stocked kitchen which was fantastic when cooking meals in the mornings and evenings. The pool area was perfect every afternoon after surfing. The staff was lovely and easily coordinated a golf cart for the week. This was probably the best airbnb we have booked!

We had a fantastic stay at the Lani property in the Nalu portfolio. The most breathtaking, 180° panoramic Vista of the Pacific that is amplified by the expansive lanai style sliding doors that open up the entire back half of the home. Guiones is a short walk as is the beach. The Nalu fitness studio is fantastic and they offer a 50% discount for any other classes if you’re staying on property. We did the Pilates and yoga classes several times and they were wonderfully done and the instructors are awesome. I will say that if your stomach sleeper, the beds are quite soft… Some people will complain and say the beds are cheap and that’s not the case. All of the furnishings there are the highest quality but the beds are soft so you just have to know that and if that’s going to be an issue for you, then I would look somewhere else. At the end of the day, we absolutely loved our stay here and we’ll most definitely be back.

We stayed one week at Lani Makai Nosara and it was amazing! The accommodations were exactly like the pictures. The place was built in 2022 so very new. The house also had everything we needed including lots of beach towels, beach chairs, cooler for the beach etc. and also a gas bbq. The walk to the beach is 15 min and is quite manageable but the stairs to and from the house are very steep so going down is not too bad but going up is strenuous and a work out. The views of the ocean and sunsets are amazing! Another cool thing about this home is the views of the ocean but it’s also surrounded by the jungle so lots of wild life ie birds and howler monkeys. One thing to be aware of is the noise of traffic. The house is situated on the side of a hill above the main road in Nosara so the noise from motorcycles drowns out the noise of the waves and birds. One suggestion to the owners; better signage and instructions to find the home. We would book this place again!

Exceeded all my expectations. Helped with setting up a private chef, musician and mixologist for my birthday. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations and communication. 100 out of 10 for stars!!!!!

Really nice place with great view and in a good part of town. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone going to Santa Teresa. The host (Fiona) was really nice and helpful. The cleaners also did a great job during the midweek refresh.
