Tarpon Bay Villa & Beach + 360 Island views!

My family of 4 had an amazing 10-day stay at this villa on Tarpon Bay! The host and her guest concierge gave us the most helpful recommendations for our stay on the island - from golf cart rentals to restaurants to booking mobile massages and snorkeling and fishing trips. We loved the property's secluded location on the southern tip of the island (~20-25 minute drive to the heart of San Pedro). We spent a lot of time relaxing on the villa's patio and rooftop porch and enjoying drinks and meals at the 'We Be Jammin Bar' at Playa de Sala across the street. The home is split into two separate levels, with a bedroom on each floor and an outdoor shower on the first floor. There is beach access on Tarpon Bay (with over-the-water hammocks!) and a paddle board for guest use. The views of the sunset from the back of the house over the preserve was stunning. The villa was just as advertised; we felt right at home and would stay again!

Julie was amazing and made our first trip to Belize easy smooth and informed. Even tho we had never been, she had given us every detail we could need...especially the details we didn't know we needed! She is a superstar host! Would stay at this place over and over again! We left wishing it was home. If closing between Julie's place and another Airbnb! Just pick Julie, she takes care of you like family/great host/her details make u feel like a local and in the know from the start! WE Truly enjoyed our time in Belize and Julie's place was the perfect amount of peaceful but also great convenience being just across the street from a full service hotel!

Really nice home in a beautiful location. The private beach is lovely and the recommendations for local services were very helpful. The road is long and bumpy to get there. I found this to be a fun drive but some may find it taxing. The unit is fairly small, but very cute. I would return.

An outstanding place to stay for a small group getaway. Secluded enough to enjoy the mangroves and water in privacy, but just a golf cart ride away from the action of San Pedro. Playa De Sala across the street was friendly and accommodating as well for drinks, food, and relaxation near home. Everyone involved with the reservation and trip were on top of their game and made it a special visit

Tarpon Bay was everything we hoped for—and more. The photos and descriptions are spot-on, but the real experience is even better. From the moment we booked, Julie was incredibly communicative and helpful. When we arrived, Ara, her housekeeper, was waiting for us at the water taxi and made sure we were settled in. She was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The house itself was beautiful, spotless, and exactly what we were looking for. A bonus was having the hotel right across the street. We practically had the beach to ourselves the entire time. The hotel staff were all amazing, the food was delicious, and the drinks were even better. If you’re looking for something a little removed from the busier parts of town, this is the perfect spot. It’s a bit of a ride into San Pedro, and yes, the golf cart path can get a little bumpy—but that’s part of the adventure. Just be mindful of “mosquito hour” right at sunset if you’re riding back from town!
