Quiet and safe. 2 bedrooms with A/C, living room, kitchen dining room, terrace. Come on!! Other things to note There is an alarm system and it limits access to the backyard at night The alarm is activated after 8 pm. To go out and enter through the front, there's no problem. The backyard is a transit point to access the beach. For everyone's privacy, it is only allowed to access the beach. Also, all entrances to the apartments have security cameras on the exterior gates. No cameras are indoors or in private areas

Our hosts were charming and very. proactive to help us in any way possible. The seaview is beautiful.. We would have stayed longer but there is so much to see in Costa Rica. I would return anytime. Xavier

We truly enjoyed our time that weekend. The view from the balcony is top tier. The place is comfortable. Definitely recommend for any stay in Limon.

The ocean is outside the balcony! So lovely to have breakfast there each morning, or to sit and watch the surfers and boogie boarders in the afternoon. The house and kitchen were fully equipped with everything we needed - big refrigerator, full oven, all the cooking pots, pans, dishes you need, even a blender. The bedrooms are air conditioned and get very cool. And Francisco was a wonderful host, full of great local recommendations, and really taking care of us. Playa Bonita is a very small beach, and the town of Limon is not very touristy, but there are a number of things to do in the area, including an awesome nature park right next door we walked to where we spotted many cool birds and the green and black poison dart frogs. (An hour away are a couple of really nice very big national nature parks and more touristy areas, and we did a couple of day trips.) We spent a comfortable lovely week here and would recommend.

Frances and Anne are amazing hosts. Frances for onsite recommendation and local attractions. Anne with amazing fresh fruit and bakes treats. Could not ask for better hosts.

The view is the best thing to describe about this place. The Ocean is literally the backyard and accessible through the back gate. It is a short walk (steps) to the beach. Francisco and his wife are great and responsive hosts. He was very proactive even before we arrived. Gave great recommendations for things to do as well as places to eat. His wife also was very helpful - allowed the kids to play in their private pool and sent us off with fruit picked from her garden right in front of us. The property itself reminded us of the surroundings we grew up in our native land. It is a bit dated. But the location and the host(s) are worth visiting and spending time. We wish Francesco and his wife the best.

We loved our stay. Francisco was a very gracious host who have us excellent ideas of where to go in the area. He and his wife treated us like friends, and even baked fresh bread for us one morning. We sat on the balcony for hours and gazed at the ocean and spectacular surf. Would highly recommend!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit bei Francisco gehabt. Es stand Obst und Wasser für uns bereit und er hat und bei Ankunft Landesübliche Spezialitäten als Begrüßung vorbei gebracht. Außerdem haben wir von ihm nicht nur super Tipps für die Gegend erhalten, er hat uns auch jeder Zeit gerne zu den verschiedenen Orten gebracht. Die Kommunikation war super, der Ausblick aus der Unterkunft aufs Meer, war wunderschön. Es gibt einen direkten Strandzugang von der Unterkunft. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder zurück kommen und bedanken uns vielmals für die tolle Zeit!
