Welcome to Pura Vida lifestyle! You are looking to our wonderful comfortable and cozy Eclectic Chic Loft fully equipped. You will find our place is a mixture of an old construction with modern Chic fixtures. It is located in the most lively area of Heredia Downtown and just a few steps from a variety of coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, shops and markets. Access to transportation couldn’t be easier as you will be just a few minutes from the Airport, San Jose and Alajuela. The space The Loft is located in a building where we have another renting units, so there is a shared entrance and lobby. What makes special this Loft is that it is facing to the backyard of the property so you will have the unique opportunity to be right in the middle of the city and at the same time have your private backyard with a covered terrace. Once you enter the Loft, you will find a wide open space for the “bedroom” area and a medium size area attached for the kitchenette and the breakfast table which is fully suitable for working as you will have an ethernet outlet right there. Or if you prefer, you can move yourself out to the covered terrace or in the grass of the backyard and keep working from there connected through our WiFi. As for the bathroom, you will find it is a very big and confortable space for it, with nice modern fixtures and a nice real rustic brick wall exposed from the very structure of the building. Inside the bathroom area, you will find the laundry closet equipped with your private washing machine for your own use. Through the whole Loft you will find some rustic brick wall exposed finishes, real wood beams, real flagstone floor in the terrace and nice modern cabinets, fixtures, furnitures and equipment. Other things to note It is important to remember that our property is located right in the middle of the Social district of the city, and also, it is located right in front of a Main Street thus there is some considered noise from the outside. As we are aware of this, the Loft was designed taking this matter in consideration. So, the bathroom is located to the front of the property and windows are better than the regular ones here in Costa Rica. This way the bathroom space acts as a noise cushion for the bedroom area so that you can have the best rest that you can find being in the middle of downtown.

O local correspondia a descrição, fica muito próximo a Universidade da Costa Rica e em um local central na cidade, em poucos metros você tem acesso a inúmeros restaurantes, mercados e padarias, a cozinha é completa e você pode fazer sua própria comida se desejar, ambiente extremamente limpo. Pablo foi muito pró-ativo e respondeu todas as duvidas com clareza e educação, o sistema de abafamento de ruído funcionou e não me incomodei com eventuais barulhos, apesar de o local ficar em uma área movimentada.

I stayed here a little over a week and the place is amazing exactly as described. It is in a safe neighborhood with so many restaurants and a huge grocery store right across the street. Pablo was great, I meet him on the last day and he is super understanding and pleasant to work with. Overall the place gives you peace, security and a starting point to discover new places. I give Pablo a 5 star review!! Absolutely love this place!! Godspeed guys! Oh, I didn’t pay attention to the noise because Heredia is in the City Center therefore noise is expected. Thank you Pablo hope to meet again! Godspeed !!

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento ha sido buena, ya que prácticamente la estancia era como se describe en las fotos. La terraza la verdad que le da ese toque de luminosidad al apartamento y es agradable poder salir a tomar un café o ver llover, por ejemplo, sentados en las sillas. La cama también es cómoda y el baño bastante grande, lo cual se agradece. Lo único que echamos en falta fue un pequeño armario para colocar la ropa, pero bueno al final son cosas menores. En definitiva, ha sido una buena estancia y volvería a repetir si vuelvo a visitar Costa Rica.

El tiempo que nos quedamos en el apartamento fue muy satisfactorio, ya que primero que todo posee una muy buena ubicación con supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes y una parada de bus próxima a este. El espacio es cómodo y cuenta con todos los utensilios para tener una estancia Confortable para periodos largos como fue nuestro caso, destacamos que posee un baño amplio y que durante el día se mantiene bastante bien iluminado. También agradecemos la comunicación fluida que tuvimos con Pablo y Lili que nos asistieron ante cualquier consulta, esperamos volver pronto!

Nuestra estadia en el loft fue justo lo que necesitabamos: Un espacio centrico en Heredia, cerca de estaciones de bus, supermercados, restaurantes, bares, y a poca distancia de lugares turisticos en Heredia. Con una terraza y jardin preciosos y comodos, muchisima iluminacion tanto natural como artificial, estilo moderno, buen internet (pudimos trabajar sin problemas mi pareja y yo remotamente todo el dia, haciendo/recibiendo llamadas, reuniones etc). Si bien como dicen otros, hay un poco de ruido ambiente, con cerrar las puertas y ventanas mas que suficiente, logramos dormir y trabajar sin problemas. Realmente, la pasamos genial!!! Una verdadera Joya en el corazon de Heredia. No nos aguantamos por la proxima oportunidad de visitar!

El alojamiento es como las fotos muestran, Pablo es muy amable, el lugar cerca de la Universidad Nacional es muy práctico cuando vas a un evento ahí.

This place is exactly as described! Lovely place to stay. As mentioned in other reviews it is a very noisy neighbourhood but it is not too bad on weekdays. My fiancés only qualm was that the bed had flat pillows and bedsheets that didn’t stay on properly. Other than that everything was lovely 😊
