Beautiful horses belonging to the neighbors—Gitana, Kalypso, and Candelo—can also be seen nearby.

- Downstairs: kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a bedroom with two double beds
- Upstairs: one bedroom with a double bed, plus another bedroom with a king bed, two single beds, and a crib
- An additional bathroom upstairs
Outside, the property includes a grassy garden with palm trees, a swimming pool, and a comfortable terrace for dining and spending time with family. The terrace also features a hammock.
Guest Access
Guests may use all areas of the house except for the maid’s room, which remains closed.
Access is also restricted to the garden tank area, where the water pumps and pool pump are located.
Other Things to Note
Each day, Rafael, who is responsible for caring for the horses on the adjacent plots of land, will visit to feed them and refill their drinking troughs.

Roy est un hôte adorable. Super réactif et arrangeant. Il a accepté d’ajuster notre réservation à un changement de programme de dernière minute. La villa est splendide, dans un lieu préservé entre océan et nature paisible. La maison est parfaitement équipée et le lieu respire l’harmonie. Merci de nous avoir accepté. Nous aurions voulu rester quelques jours de plus.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Mediterráneo! The house was incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-equipped for our group. Having AC in both the bedrooms and the living room made a huge difference. The pool and the garden area are beautiful and perfect for relaxing, and catching the sunset from the rooftop was a major highlight. It’s in a great location just steps from the beach. Check-in was smooth, and the host was highly responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!

Fue justo lo que estábamos buscando, pasamos un hermoso fin de semana en familia, la casa está hermosa, muy limpia y ordenada , el exterior de la casa es muy espacioso y tiene mucha naturaleza, excelente para descansar y tomarse buenas fotos, la playa está cerca, es una zona tranquila, y el señor Roy y la señora Vanessa son muy amables, precisos en las indicaciones y siempre atentos a lo que uno necesite, la recomendamos al 100%.
