This peaceful retreat is situated in La Veleta, a neighborhood known for vacation homes and close proximity to restaurants, bars, and holistic centers. The villa is just 5 minutes from downtown Tulum and a 15-minute drive from the beach.
Check-In and House Rules
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Please coordinate your arrival with our concierge, who will contact you a few days before your arrival via personal message.
- The villa accommodates up to 12 guests, with the option to add space for one extra person.
- For security reasons, external visitors are not permitted.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Only guests registered in the reservation may access the villa.
- Excessive noise is not allowed after 10:00 pm.
- Daily cleaning is provided; linens are changed every third day for environmental reasons.
- Pets are not allowed, though exceptions may be considered with prior approval.
Construction Notice
Due to ongoing real estate development in Tulum, there may be construction nearby during your stay.
- Typical working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Depending on the construction phase, some noise may be noticeable.
- These circumstances are beyond our control, but we will do our best to ensure your stay remains enjoyable.

We loved staying at Mica’s house! It was perfect for a family trip with kids - lots of space for everyone to sleep, fully equipped kitchen to cook, beautiful pool and very easy walking distance to many great cafes and restaurants! Highly recommend :)

Mica was a fantastic, responsive, and friendly host! Her Villa was a great landing spot for our bachelorette group of 12, and was large enough that it felt like everyone had their own space. Her assistant Misael was helpful and responsive to assist in booking local taxis, making restaurant recommendations, and keeping the space tidy during our stay. Thanks so much Mica!!

Highly recommend staying here, great location and huge property - added bonus that the living section is separated from the sleeping section, helpful for families or large groups. Mica was extremely helpful and even helped arrange medical assistance when we needed it.

Mica’s house was incredible! The pool was beautiful and fun and we loved having the screened in porch as well as the outdoor space. It’s way more beautiful than the pictures. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The hangout space size was perfect for ten of us. Mica and Misael were really responsive and helpful, and they organized taxi rides to the airport and a chef to hire. I hope we have the chance to come back again soon.

I had such a wonderful stay at Mica’s place in Tulum! The property is just as beautiful as described in the listing, peaceful, stylish, and incredibly well-maintained. We loved the pool especially! Mica was an amazing host, super responsive both before and during our stay. She helped us arrange our airport/local shuttles and gave us a ton of great recommendations for things to do in the area. What made the experience even more special was that Mica welcomed us in person during check in. It was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel really taken care of from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend staying here if you’re heading to Tulum!

Excelente alojamiento, éramos un grupo de 12, 6 adultos y 6 niños. Estuvimos cómodos y felices. Mica es la mejor, nos ayudó con todo y absolvió todas nuestras dudas de todo! Increíble! La recomendamos !!!!

Went with a large group and thoroughly enjoyed Mica's place! It was very spacious and welcoming. Misa the house attendant was very helpful and active as soon as we woke up for the day, assisting with any and everything we needed. the pool was great, we spend most of our time hagning out around it and the grill was a perfect touch. The only thingS that would have been better is if charcoal and lighter fluid were provided for the grill(we had to purchase our own), and better water pressure in the showers. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!
