i stayed for 4 days, it was really good space close to everything avoiding traffic. The staff was super friendly and available. The apartment was spacious and the beds comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

This is the best AIRBNB I have ever stayed in. The room, living room, kitchen are all very clean and tidy. The kitchen appliances and tableware are also fully equipped.The only flaw is that the water in the bathroom splashes easily. It would be perfect if you could add a bath curtain.Also, it would be great if the price was lower.

Very comfortable and well situated apartment. lots of space and right in the middle of santo domingo and easy to get around to many areas for shopping and eating. we are very happy and will use again when staying in santo domingo.

We were so happy with our stay here. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. The groundskeeper did such an amazing job keeping the area beautiful and an extremely clean pool which we enjoyed daily. The host and cleaning staff were friendly, responsive and helpful the entire time, even through the holidays. We will definitely be back to this location, this is our #1 pick in the city. Close to everything you need and a wonderful place to enjoy. Thank you Kodu staff and security!!!

The manager Ana is amazing person always help with everything the cleanest apartment in Managua will be returning to stay here.

Great over all, just wish the pool was accssisble after 8pm. pool access should be till 12pm at least.

What a great place to stay in Managua. The hospitality is amazing, the host is very accommodating and so nice and so is the security guard at the gate. The place is clean with everything you need, high end touches, great location, close to coffee, coffee restaurants, shopping. Would highly recommend to anyone and will be our go-to place when staying in Managua. The only thing I would mention for this specific apartment is that it’s right next to a hotel that plays really loud music so if you’re sensitive to sounds at night, maybe try a different number other than #4.
