We had an unforgettable stay at Hacienda Tankah! The property is stunning, with spacious, well-maintained rooms that comfortably accommodated our group of 14. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and at home in this beautiful setting. The highlight of our trip was the exceptional service from Rosa, Carmen, and Jose. Their warmth, attention to detail, and flexibility truly elevated our experience. Every meal they prepared was a delicious celebration of authentic Mexican cuisine, and their hospitality made us feel incredibly well cared for. Beach access directly in front of the house was limited due to seasonal seaweed buildup, but the beauty of the area and the overall experience far outweighed that. The host and her team were consistently responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed every moment and would absolutely return. Hacienda Tankah is perfect for families or groups looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape with top-notch service. Highly recommended!

Tino was an excellent chef! He and Rosa took wonderful care of the home and food for all 10 guests and even made me a fantastic birthday cake. They provided everything we needed for a special occasion trip. The home was absolutely gorgeous with stunning views of the water. They even helped us schedule massages on the balcony of the home. 10 out of 10! Thanks Tino and Rosa!

We had a great time, stayed here with my family for my 50th birthday. We had Tino as our chef, did an excellent job accommodating our requests and several picky eaters. The housekeeper and groundskeeper were great at keeping everything very nice, they were always getting things cleaned without us even noticing! The views were perfect, everyone loved their rooms. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures, and the pool was great. We stayed at the end of January, so the pool was a little cool, but refreshing after being in the sun. The house is in a private neighborhood, so it is a drive down a long road to get to it, so arrange transportation ahead of time unless you are familiar with driving in Mexico. Do the same for trips to the town or ruins. The host made that convenient, so no issue, and I recommend letting them arrange the transportation. There is a Cenote and hotel bar a 15 minute walk up the street but otherwise not much around. Perfect for a private stay.

Overall experience was wonderful!! House is clean, very large and has comfortable beds!! Beach is rocky with trash, but the pool was perfect!! Lost power twice (once for 9 hours in the middle of the day). Not the hosts fault, but the posting is advertised with generator, but it doesn’t work. They had a technician come look at it after the first time we lost power, but we were told the generator needs to be replaced. We hired Tino as a chef and he was amazing!! Great food, drinks and very friendly. House is about 30-40 minutes from Tulum Center and 1 hour to beach zone. The unpaved road to the house didn’t bother us, but it’s very rough and takes about 20 minutes to go 2.2 miles to the main highway. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. Truly enjoyed our stay, but the generator not working was a challenge.
