The bright and spacious living area features comfortable seating that accommodates everyone, along with an open kitchen and a large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials and more, including:

• Cooking utensils, pots, and pans

White vintage cabinets and simple décor create a welcoming atmosphere perfect for preparing meals.

The open-plan living room also includes a convenient work desk for those needing to attend to business during their stay.

Relax in the master bedroom, decorated in soft pastel tones with bold wall art. This room includes a futon for extra guests and a private bathroom. A baby crib is available upon request to accommodate the youngest travelers.

The two additional bedrooms can sleep seven guests in total:

• One bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed
• One bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed

The entire house accommodates up to 11 guests comfortably. There is an additional bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

Additional features include:

• Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
• Beach towels and umbrellas provided as a courtesy (please bring sunblock and mosquito repellent)

Please note that insects are common in Costa Rica’s jungle environment, so this location may not be suitable for everyone.

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire house (#15), front yard, and gas BBQ area. Access to Hermosa Beach is also included, where you can watch sunsets, enjoy massages, or relax on lounge chairs while sunbathing.

Transportation options include car, taxi, Uber, or private van.

Interaction with Guests

Your host will be available to assist you throughout your stay if needed.

Additional Information

• Private transport and tour services are available, including private tours.
• Airport transfer from Juan Santamaria to Playa Hermosa costs $150 (one way, up to 10 people). Please inquire for details.
• Baby crib available by reservation (check availability).

COVID-19 Protocols

Enhanced cleaning and disinfection measures are in place to ensure guest safety. Personal information such as full name, ID or passport number, and car license plates must be provided before arrival for security purposes.

Important Notes

• Internet, electricity, or water service interruptions may occur in the area.
• Visitor fees are $25 per day per person.
• We recommend bringing insect repellent, sunscreen, sandals, or water shoes. Essential starter products are provided, but please bring personal and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Construction or renovations may be ongoing nearby.
• Pets are welcome if well-behaved and not on the dangerous breeds list, with an additional fee of $25 per pet. Pets must be on a leash, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
• Toilet paper should be disposed of in the garage can.
• Local residents Vicky and Don Rafael may be present around the property or in the storeroom.
• Typical lunch or breakfast service is available for $50 plus ingredients per day (check availability).
• Extra cleaning services cost $85 with supplies or $65 without (check availability).
• Early check-in at 8:00 a.m. and late check-out until 8:00 p.m. are available for $150 each (check availability). Free check-in at 2:00 p.m. can be confirmed one day prior.
• Children must be supervised at all times when using the private pool or ocean.
• Free fiber internet is provided.
• This is a home, so please report any issues promptly so they can be addressed.
• Under new policies at Hermosa Palms, renters no longer have access to the beach club. We appreciate your understanding.
• Hermosa Beach is a 5-minute drive away.
• Please respect the ocean and avoid drinking alcohol when swimming in high tides.

Capacity and Policies

The house accommodates up to 12 guests. If you bring additional guests beyond this number, they must provide their own towels and sleeping arrangements. The extra fee covers use of the house, pool, water, and electricity only.
