Located on the first floor of Kaloka, it’s just a few steps from the pool and terrace. Room 2 offers a private queen bed, perfect for peaceful rest. Neutral colors, jungle-themed wallpaper, modern lighting, and Smart TVs in each room create a relaxed, tropical vibe with space for everyone. 🚿 BATHROOMS The bathroom is bright and modern, with a black marble sink, soft lighting, and plant-themed decor. We stock each bathroom with eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap, along with fresh towels to keep you comfortable throughout your stay. 🍽️ KITCHEN The suite’s fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking at home, featuring: - Electric stovetop, fridge, freezer - Microwave, toaster oven, blender (on request) - Costa Rican coffee, oil, salt, pepper - Pots, pans, utensils, mugs, and glassware - Granite countertops and seating for casual meals You’ll also have a small dining table for 4 and access to the outdoor dining area near the pool for a breezy alternative. 💻 WORKSTATION A dedicated work desk with strong Wi-Fi makes this unit a smart choice for guests who need to stay productive while on the go. 🌿 OUTDOOR AREAS Step outside your suite and you’ll see the pool just a few steps away—clean, refreshing, and ready to enjoy. Around it, a spacious terrace is set up with lounge chairs and shaded seating, surrounded by tropical plants and hanging greenery. You’ll feel the breeze and hear the sounds of nature while relaxing, eating, or chatting with other guests. It’s a great spot to enjoy the outdoors right outside your door. Guest access Guests have private access to Suite 103 and shared access to all common areas: pool, gardens, terraces, outdoor dining spaces, and secure parking. While the unit is independent, please note that the property is shared with other friendly guests. Other things to note - Full-Time Staff & Optional Cleaning: Our housekeeping team keeps shared areas spotless every day. You can also request in-studio cleaning services at any time: 🧹 Light Cleaning Includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, and basic kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom cleanup. 1 Bedroom – $30 2 Bedroom – $40 + $10 per load for personal laundry (optional) 🧼 Deep Cleaning Includes everything in the Light Cleaning, plus linen and towel replacement. 1 Bedroom – $50 2 Bedroom – $60 + $10 per load for personal laundry (optional) - Laundry: The on-site laundry area is for staff only, but laundry service is available upon request for an additional fee. - Respectful Behavior: Out of respect for all guests, loud music, disruptive behavior, and parties are strictly prohibited at all times. If you'd like to continue socializing, please do so indoors—and always keep noise at a level that won't disturb others. - Quiet Hours: We respectfully enforce quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM without exceptions. All group activity must move indoors during this time, and noise should be kept to a minimum to avoid disturbing other guests or nearby neighbors - Parking: Free, secure parking is available inside the gated property with space for multiple vehicles.
