The Space
This new lakefront home in Cerro Azul was designed by a Dolce & Gabbana architect and furnished with pieces imported from Bali. It features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and four double beds. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue area, air conditioning, and hot water.
Enjoy preparing a delicious barbecue with friends while overlooking the lake. The property offers an exceptional view of the sunset, direct lake access, and includes a kayak for exploring the water.
The master bedroom spans 40 square meters and provides exceptional comfort. Among the three bedrooms, two boast spectacular lake views, while the third overlooks the garden. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the third bedroom has a full bathroom located just next door. Each room is air-conditioned, with the master bedroom equipped with two additional units to maintain a perfect temperature at all times.
The living area features an open-plan kitchen with a modern design and an elegant wine cellar. The brand-new kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, a 90 cm oven, and a dishwasher, combining practicality with style.
Surrounding the house is a 1,500 square meter garden that offers a peaceful, green environment—ideal for relaxing, dining outdoors, or simply enjoying the scenic beauty.
Guest Access
Guests have direct access to 50 meters of private lakefront, bordered by the 1,500 square meter garden and the spacious 300 square meter house. Kayaks are available for exploring the lake, and there are three exclusive covered parking spaces for convenience.
Location and Nature
The property borders the Chagres Park nature reserve, an exceptional natural setting where wildlife thrives. Visitors may encounter sloths, squirrels, marmosets, and a variety of birds such as toucans and hummingbirds. The lake is also home to turtles, making this area a vibrant natural sanctuary full of life and charm.

Fue un lugar realmente hermoso. Fuimos 6 personas y lo disfrutamos muchísimo! El área de BBQ fue excelente, y todos los detalles del interior y los muebles eran preciosos. Las instalaciones estaban muy limpias y en perfectas condiciones. El paisaje es espectacular, y no podíamos creer que existiera un lugar tan bonito a menos de una hora de Ciudad de Panamá. Pasamos un tiempo maravilloso y nos vamos con muy lindos recuerdos. Muchas gracias!

The lake house is beautiful and immaculate. It's a gorgeous place to relax and play on the water. The beds were very comfortable - I really appreciate having good linens and nice pillows. We kept wondering if we were the first people to stay here as everything was very clean and seemed new. We were also often finding something missing - grill tools for the huge grill or cutting boards. Javier and Edison were extremely responsive to all our needs and were quick to bring whatever we needed, including an extra kayak and paddles!

Es realmente un lugar de sueños. La casa es preciosa. La cocina es totalmente nueva, los baños nuevos, la vista directa al lago es impresionante. Encontramos todo limpio y la atencion del anfitrion fue excepcional
