Luxury Beachfront 5 Bed Home; Perfect for Families

I give a 6 star to the beautiful Castillo de Coral!! This phenomenal home in Playa Junquillal has made memories for our family in a way that will never be forgotten. The location is perfect to walk the beach, fish, surf and next to an estuary for kayaking and paddle boarding. The stores and restaurants are a 5 minute drive away near the local leather back turtle sanctuary. All of Castillo de Coral's accommodations has catered to our group like a fine wine. I recommend familys with kids and all demographics will enjoy the Pura Vida that this beach house has to offer. We sure did!! Well worth a share to family and friends!!

The house & location are amazing, you literally feel like you have your own beach in the middle of paradise, but also all of the conveniences you need like a variety restaurants, grocery store, convenience stores and even a hardware store are only less than a 5 minute drive away. The baby turtle sanctuary is only a 5 minute drive away and we got to see one of my bucket lists, we got to release baby turtles and watch them waddle their way to the ocean! The whole house had a water filter and reverse osmosis water so we were able to have safe and wonderful drinking water the entire trip and saved loads of money just refilling our water w/ regular cheap water bottles that we bought day one some of us brought our Yeti/Stanley cups. The pool is a perfect dip pool for when you get hot, and at low tide, which is everyday. The smooth sandy beach is a dream! We looked at tons of other beachfront properties but this was the only one that actually had a sandy swimmable beach! House is perfect!

We had the most fantastic time on our vacation here. The house is just spectacular on the beach with views and in the greatest location. Our hosts was fantastic and helpful all the way along. I would highly recommend this house and will plan on being back soon! John

The beachfront property offers stunning ocean views, especially at sunset. The house is impeccably maintained, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The private pool and serene outdoor space were perfect for relaxing. Kelly was an exceptional host, responsive to all our questions and provided excellent local recommendations. She arranged thoughtful touches like a welcome basket and a private chef, enhancing our experience. Playa Junquillal is a hidden gem with pristine, uncrowded beaches. We enjoyed long walks, snorkeling, and zip-lining nearby. Our stay at Castillo de Coral exceeded all expectations. For a luxurious and relaxing beachfront getaway in Costa Rica, look no further. We had a wonderful experience at Kelly's house! Easy communication, direction, and access made check in a breeze. The house is beautiful inside and out, and set right on the pacific ocean. Magical place. Felt like I had my own personal beach. Love the tiki hut right in front to chill in the shade and listen to tunes. Great area to just float in the ocean just a short walk from the house. Stay cool in the pool bar with an ice cold Pilsen. Will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely stay with our family and enjoyed an amazing meal prepared by chef Lila.

The house was great. It was amazing to have our private beach area free of all the tourists in other places. It was also a short drive to town if you needed to pick up groceries. The only thing is, I wish the pool was a little bigger and kid friendly. But it is still a 5-star rating!
