The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a pillow-top mattress, a full bathroom, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes two twin beds with pillow-top mattresses and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upon request, the twin beds can be converted into a king bed. The living area also has a full-size sleeper sofa, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 guests.
The condo is fully furnished with brand-new, professionally selected decor. Amenities include cable TV, internet, air conditioning, and a phone. The oceanfront balcony offers ample seating and a gas BBQ grill.
The kitchen is equipped with wood cabinetry, granite countertops, a built-in cooktop, stainless steel appliances, and an eat-in dining area. This turnkey rental comes fully stocked with essentials such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. Additional items for guest use include beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more.

Beautiful view, comfortable beds. Well stocked, modern kitchen. Spent most of our time on the porch which had a great view overlooking the beach and very comfortable couch where members of the family blissfully napped several times!

Pros: Beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed the small private beach out front. The provided beach chairs & towels were a nice amenity. Upon arrival, the security guard greeted us & showed us to the unit. Very quiet neighborhood & felt safe. Great location - it was nice to have shops & restaurants nearby at the Marina Village. Cons: The bedrooms are small & no place for luggage. It would be nice to have some luggage racks for suitcases. The toilet seats didn't fit properly & would slide around when you sat down. Overall, it was a nice place & I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This place was rough around the edges on the inside. The flooring seemed to be very wet underneath and it had some cracks. The hallways that led to the apartment had dead cockroaches and garbage. The laundry was located down the hall outside of the apartment which was inconvenient. The apartment was also lacking hot water (it was warm and we weren’t there long so we didn’t bring it up to the host). The amazing location and semi private beach made up for anything the inside lacked. The kitchen was fully stocked along with plenty of other extras such as beach towels, chairs, first aid kit, speaker,cooler etc. It was a quick walk to Flamingo Marina and many great restaurants. Beautiful Flamingo beach was only a 10 minute walk. Overall the place met our expectations. We loved the beach and the patio. The whole family slept well with the sound of the waves. We would stay here again.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Blick aufs Meer. Restaurant in der Nähe. Playa Flamingo ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Having the beach blankets, chairs, & cooler were an awesome addition to this rental. We loved being right on the little cove. I'd go down before the others woke up, or if ppl were tired of the beach, we could come back & still hang out on the cove since there was shade & sun. I wish the porch had a fan though - most of the time, the breeze didn't come through onto the porch, so it was really hot (but a beautiful view). But again, we'd go down to the cove where the breeze was to be outside. The complexes outdoor shower wasn't working after day 1, but that's no one's fault. But know that it's there & is super convenient when working. The beds were comfy, the place was clean. Not a lot of space in the matter bedroom for suitcases but we made it work, no problem. We rented a golf cart from ECCR down the street & were able to get wherever we wanted from the condo. We would for sure stay there again.

Our trip to Playa Flamingo had a big hiccup and our host was very accommodating. His concierge went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us. We are truly thankful for you Mariela! She went out of her way on multiple occasions to help us. We hope to come back!
