The Space

Casa Acantilado is a five-bedroom luxury villa perched high on a cliff in the hills of Pedregal. Although the home offers exceptional privacy and exclusivity, it is only a five-minute taxi ride from downtown Cabo San Lucas, including the IGY Marina, bars and clubs, restaurants, shopping, and more.

Located in the exclusive Pedregal community, Casa Acantilado combines elegant interiors with comfortable outdoor living areas. Its open floor plan creates a welcoming setting for relaxation and entertaining, while each bedroom provides a peaceful retreat.

Four bedrooms include king-size beds, ocean views, terrace or patio access, and en-suite bathrooms. The fifth bedroom features two twin beds, an HDTV, and patio access.

Step onto the expansive pool patio to enjoy dramatic views and the natural beauty of the surrounding cliffs. A cliffside sauna and jacuzzi provide relaxing spaces to begin or end each day.

Mountain Club Access

Casa Acantilado includes exclusive access to the new Mountain Club in Pedregal. The private club offers:

Up to eight guests receive complimentary access to the gym and pools. Additional guests may access these amenities for $40 per person. Food, drinks, and spa services are available at an additional cost. Contact your personal concierge for more information or to arrange access.

Your reservation includes:

• Full-time butler service for eight hours per day
• Daily housekeeping, except on Mexican holidays

The villa is supported by a dedicated staff to help make your stay comfortable and relaxing. A minimum gratuity of 10% of the reservation is requested and will be divided fairly among the service personnel.

House Rules

• No smoking.
• No pets.
• Events require prior written approval from Cabo Platinum. Guest numbers may not exceed the original number specified in the Rental Agreement.
• Guests must follow all community rules, including noise ordinances and respectful conduct toward security guards.
• The principal guest must be at least 25 years old unless Cabo Platinum provides written permission before arrival.
• Outside contracted services are not permitted, as they may jeopardize guest safety and the security deposit. Your concierge can arrange additional services, including chefs, butlers, and massage therapists. This policy is intended to protect guests; all service providers undergo thorough background checks and are verified with homeowners.
• Cabo Platinum maintains a strict cancellation and no-refund policy. Guests with special circumstances should contact Cabo Platinum to discuss available options.

Holiday Reservation Policy

• Seven-night Christmas reservations must end on or before December 28.
• Seven-night New Year’s reservations must begin on December 26 or later.
