- Pets are not allowed, regardless of species or size.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments and hallways. The entry or consumption of toxic substances or any type of drug is also prohibited. Violations will result in a USD 250.00 fine.

Excellent location, very clean and spacious. Very secure, 24/7 security and easy parking. So close to one of the main highways of the city.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at KODU apartments , and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless . The check-in process was swift, and the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring that I felt valued as a guest. The room itself was very comfortable and well equipped. Spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed, featuring a breathtaking view of the city skyline. We would love to come back soon!
