Located in the 3rd and top floor, accesible by steps only, not elevator Its location allows you to reach supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, clothing stores and of course the beautiful Tamarindo Beach in just a few minutes walking. The space The condo has Wifi, smart TV and cable very soon and air conditioning in all its areas. It is equipped with all the necessary amenities to guarantee your comfort and enjoyment in a warm and welcoming space. The main bedroom has a double or matrimonial bed and a wardrobe, the second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. You can also find dryers for shared use and soon washer and dryer inside the unit for personal use Guest access There is a large communal pool, security and parking in front of the building, 5 of them, they are first come first served, otherwise, there is parking on the side of the street. Other things to note IMPORTANT: #1: During dryest season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. In extenuating circumstances, it may lead to unannounced water shut offs #2: There is no elevator, access by steps only, not suitable for the disabled, people with difficulties, we always recommend parental supervision for minors.
