The Space
This beautiful home is situated within the private, gated community of MarAmar, just a short walk from La Lora, one of the best surfing spots in the area. The house features large balconies surrounded by forest, offering partial views of the ocean.
The residence spans two levels:

- Terrace with a lounge area, barbecue, and dining table, perfect for enjoying meals while overlooking the ocean
- Frequent sightings of monkeys moving through the nearby trees

- Master bedroom with a king-size bed and a twin bed

Please note that while the living room fan is not operational, the entire house is fully air-conditioned.

Beautiful house. Very clean, quiet and spacious. Has everything needed. Bed is comfortable and the view of the ocean is stunning from the balcony. The location is fantastic. Walk to town and the beach is easy. Highly recommended. Thank you for a great stay.

El apartamento es espectacular!! Tiene una vista increíble y nos visitaron unos micos en la mañana. Esta muy bien equipado, es amplio y la ubicación y el condominio son muy buenos. Volveriamos 100%

La casa es preciosa, con todas las comodidades para que tu estadía sea lo más cómoda posible. Por la mañana observamos monos y ardillas en los árboles cercanos a la casa. Cuenta con baños amplios y espacios y habitaciones acogedoras. El silencio por la noche es algo que valoro mucho y la seguridad 24 horas en el lugar. Tuve un pequeño inconveniente con mi reserva pero el anfitrión amablemente me apoyó a solucionar lo más rápido posible y se mantuvo 100% atento a todas nuestras necesidades. Sin duda a alguna recomiendo mucho este hospedaje en Santa Tere.

Located in a gated community at the right end of Santa Theresa beach, next to some cool/laid back restaurants and bars, a few hundred metres from a supermarket and next to one of the better surfing spots. Most of the homes in the area are build into the very steep hill overlooking the town so you need to be careful how high up you are. This was located nearer the bottom of the hill and opposite an entrance to the beach. It took a few minutes to walk down or we parked the car at the bottom for the walk back up if we were feeling lazy. Clara the host was awesome. Told us all the best places to get coffee, buy fresh fish and eat out at different budgets. She could not have been more helpful. The home itself is beautifully designed and nestled in the trees and jungle. We didn’t mind not having a garden given the large balconies, all the natural light and the communal swimming that we and the kids had to ourselves.
