The Space
Casa Milya is a luxurious beachfront villa located on Santa Teresa Beach. This elegant property features five bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Four bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, while the fifth, smaller bedroom includes a single bed. Two of the master suites also offer daybeds suitable for children.
The villa boasts stunning sunset views and a private pool equipped with a tanning shelf for ultimate relaxation. Daily housekeeping and cleaning services are provided for your convenience. Additionally, a concierge is available to assist with any requests, help plan activities, or arrange trips.
Inside, you will find a spacious open-plan living and dining area, ideal for entertaining or unwinding with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances, making meal preparation effortless. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with comfortable bedding and abundant natural light. Wake up to the soothing sound of waves and enjoy breathtaking sunset views from your bed.
Outdoor Area
The private pool and outdoor terrace offer an excellent space for sunbathing or cooling off with a swim. The terrace features a dining area and barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. The tanning shelf in the pool provides a comfortable spot to relax and soak up the sun.
Casa Milya is situated directly on the white sandy shores and crystal-clear waters of the Pacific Ocean. The villa is also conveniently close to local restaurants, bars, and shops.

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa. Parking is available at the front of the property. From the villa, you can walk directly onto the beach.
Other Information
- Smoking is allowed on the terrace and other outdoor areas but is prohibited inside the house.
- Pets are permitted under specific conditions. Please contact us in advance to discuss details.
- An additional cleaning fee of $150 per stay applies regardless of the reservation length.
- Dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas, or any furniture.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness both indoors and outdoors, including prompt disposal of pet waste.
- Dogs must not be left unattended in the villa and should not cause excessive noise or disturbances.
- Any damage caused by pets to the property, furniture, or outdoor areas will be the guest’s responsibility and may incur additional charges.

Wonderful beach, great tidal pools at low tide, rooms were comfortable and pretty. The living room was a little inadequate seating wise for the 7 of us and the only TV on property was a small and awkward.

What a gem in Santa Teresa. Beautiful villa in the absolute best location. The daily housekeeping , concierge service , and nightly security are just some of the added bonuses that make this such a great value. The beachfront location makes it a truly magical stay from morning to evening

Fantástic family and surfing holiday. House is right on the beach and less than 10min walk to the main break. Pool and garden setting are great for lounging, play with kids while you are looking at the sea. Great rooms, large kitchen, etc, etc, etc Perfect.

The place is amazing—dreamy and just like the pictures. My family and I felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the thoughtful amenities, especially the fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful patio, which made it unnecessary to go outside since we had everything we needed right there. The cozy living room was perfect for relaxing, and our expectations were truly exceeded in every way. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat, and we will certainly be returning in the future. Thank you for creating such a wonderful experience. Amazing experience. Perfect location, beautiful place. Walking distance to cool cafes, grocery stores, and restaurants on Eat Street. Really nice to have beach access as well. If you’re traveling with a group- this is the place to stay.

Cada Milya was absolutely epic. The location could have not been better. Smacked between two great beach clubs, Uma taking the vibes 🤙🏽. It was an amazing stay that after 3 days we extended 2 extra days! Been traveling to Costa Rica for almost 4 years and this took the cake !
