The Space

Situated at the highest hilltop overlooking San Juan del Sur Bay, El Cielo Ocean Living offers a beautiful four-bedroom condominium with views of both Nacascolo and San Juan bays. Each bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, luxury beds, air conditioning, hot showers, and closets for your convenience.

The kitchen is an open-concept, full-size area equipped with stainless steel appliances and utensils, allowing you to prepare meals while enjoying the ocean view. The living area features a stylish seating arrangement and a large television for relaxation.

Property Features

• Air conditioning is available in every bedroom and the living room.
• Electricity usage is limited to 35 kilowatt-hours per night due to high energy costs in Nicaragua. This allowance is sufficient for a comfortable stay. Guests are encouraged to turn off air conditioning when not in use.
• The pool is shared among eight condominium units.
• Five gallons of drinking water are provided per reservation. Tap water comes from a well and is suitable for washing and bathing but not for drinking.
• A barbecue grill is available, and staff can assist with its use.
• Basic cooking essentials are supplied.
• Washer and dryer are on-site. Laundry service is available for $5 per wash, handled by the housekeeper.

Guest Access

Guests have access to a large communal pool with a terrace. The pool is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Additional Information

Electricity charges are not included in the rental price. For short-term stays, 35 kilowatt-hours per day are included; usage beyond this limit is charged at $0.50 per kilowatt-hour. Long-term rentals (28 days or more) do not include electricity, which must be paid separately. Average daily electricity consumption ranges from 15 to 35 kilowatt-hours.

To help maintain affordable rental rates, guests are asked to be mindful of electricity use and to turn off air conditioning and other appliances when not needed.

Upon arrival, guests must provide a $200 damage deposit and sign an agreement accepting responsibility for electricity charges exceeding the included amount and for any damages to the property.
