*Ocean View Villa, Pool & amazing snorkeling!

Great location, and Gary and Natalia were very accommodating! We really enjoyed our stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at Gary’s place. This time, we came with another family that rented one of the other villas. We loved the common pool, the gated property, and quick access to the dock, beach, and snorkeling. We had a great time, again, and will definitely be back.

We loved this place! Really too big for just the 2 of us, but so comfortable and beautiful. Everything was clean and well-stocked, Natalia the manager was responsive as was Pedro the groundskeeper.

Gary was a very responsive and welcoming host. He even invited us on a special fireworks adventure at sea, and we had an amazing time! He is friendly, caring and responsive, offering advice on the best places to go in Roatan to help us make the most of our trip. Gary’s place was also wonderful! A gorgeous location, right on the beach, with a private dock to snorkel and watch sunsets off of. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool and well-kept grounds. We had an awesome week there. The home had everything we needed. We felt safe and secure there- right at home. If you’re trying to find a place, this one is better than the photos!! Book with Gary, you’ll be glad you did! We had a very relaxing & comfortable 10 weeks in Gary's Villa #1. We enjoyed sitting on the deck late afternoons to take in the peaceful surrounding tropical jungle & sea view. There was often a lovely breeze if you keep upstairs windows open you will only need the fans on. King bed in the master was really comfortable. As we cooked dinners most evenings we found the kitchen well equipped. Doing laundry was easy & hanging out the clothes to dry smelled so good! The complex is right off the beach & a 10 minute walk to a couple of restaurants & dive shops. We rented a car from Ramirez Rental as we like to explore the different neighborhoods & to reach different dive shops. We jumped in the pool each afternoon to cool down, read or chat with the neighbors. Property Mgr, Natalia was great! We only had a couple of issues & she took care of them immediately. Pedro, a very hard working man keeps the grounds in great shape. It was nice to meet the owner Gary who was onsite to welcome us.

Loved the villa. Host Gary was great, very accommodating to some changes we had on our trip. Manager Natalia was extremely helpful and promptly answered all of our questions. We are already planning a return trip!

I can't say enough about the beauty of this location in Roatan. The accommodation itself was outstanding! Excellent staff; Natalia was attentive and available throughout our entire stay at a moment's notice. Pedro kept the property and pool clean and was always willing to help. The house is as described with beautiful views! There was plenty of space for 7 of us, with the pull out couch, and using fans during the day and the AC at night kept the house cool and did not cost much in electricity. Having laundry in the unit was a huge bonus. The snorkelling is outstanding. You can swim out to the reef in 10 minutes and explore for hours! We saw lobster, eagle rays, squid, barracuda and about 100 fish species. The beach is small but very quiet, and the rest of the island is easily accessible by taxi. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone hoping to relax in a beautiful spot.

Our stay at Gary's place was perfect. super close to west end but far enough away to feel secluded. the water was a stones throw away with snorkeling right at the end of the dock. the house was well stocked, perfectly clean, and the view of the water and the breeze were the highlight of every evening.

Beautiful condo in a wonderful location. We appreciated the quiet and privacy that this location offered, and great snorkeling was found just feet off the dock! The pool was a great bonus. Large kitchen with all the appliances you need, and the beds were comfortable. Vanessa was very thorough in the check in process and was helpful in setup up COVID tests for our return home. You do have to pay for some electricity costs at the end of your stay, but if you manage the AC wisely it ends up being reasonable. 5/5 recommend!
