The Space
Experience a memorable stay at this beautiful beachfront condo located on the second level, offering stunning ocean and beach views from the balcony. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults and 2 children.
Each room is equipped with its own air conditioning unit and television. You can enjoy meals either indoors or outside on the balcony, with a fully equipped kitchen available for preparing your dishes.
The property features a gated entrance within a private community and includes a backup generator to ensure uninterrupted power during outages, allowing you to relax without concern.
Guest Access
This condo (#1) is reserved exclusively for your use. You will have direct access to the beach just steps away. Beach chairs are provided solely for Coral Sands guests; however, the beach itself is public and open to everyone.
For additional amenities, you can purchase a day pass at the neighboring Paradise Beach Resort. This pass offers credit for food and drinks at their beachfront restaurant, Cayuco, as well as access to the pool and beach chairs.

- This condo is highly sought after, so check-in times may vary based on availability.
- Early check-in or late check-out (before 4:00 PM or after 11:00 AM) incurs an additional fee starting at $100. Please confirm your check-in or check-out time one day prior to arrival or departure.
- Reservations can be made up to one year in advance.
- Electricity and water are privately supplied on the island and tend to be costly. Please conserve usage by turning off the air conditioning when leaving the unit or when doors and windows are open. Additional charges may apply if the AC runs continuously during your stay; contact us for details.
- If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please inquire with your reservation assistant about pricing.
- This property does not allow pets or service animals, regardless of regulations in your home country. Violations will result in additional charges. Contact us for information on pet-friendly alternatives.
Flights & Passport
- Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your planned stay to enter Honduras.
- Direct flights to Roatan (RTB) are available from the U.S. via American Airlines (Miami and Dallas), United Airlines (Houston and Denver), and Delta Airlines (Atlanta).

Spacious and comfortable for a group of 5 of 6. We had plenty of space to relax in the morning and evenings. The kitchen is well equipped. You can't beat this location in West Bay.

Awesome place to stay. Had everything my family wanted. Nice beach area, 2 min walk for great snorkeling, 3 bathrooms are really nice, great kitchen, comfortable beds, easy walk to restaurants or take the water taxi to the West End for more restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend and ready to come back again.

Great location, right in front of the beach and close to restaurants, etc. You cannot beat the location. There was someone there when we checked in who walked us through the place and provided instructions on everything. The place was very clean.

My whole family and extended family rented coral sands 1 and 8 during vacation. We absolutely adored it. Property manager was the same so it was simpler to communicate. Very responsive for all issues. We had the best holiday.

I'm usually not a big fan of Airbnb as many hosts descripe their vacation homes as best in class and you find something else up on arrival. This condo in Roatan exceeded my expectations starting with a super communication and experiencing a super clean and cosy condo directly on the beautiful beach of West Bay in Roatan

Perfect location and plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Especially love that there were three full bathrooms in the condo. Everyone we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay great.
