The house is much nicer than what is shown in the photos. It is located near Manzanillo beach and close to stores. It's a quiet and cozy place, with lovely nature. The house is very clean and equipped with everything you need for cooking and resting. Veronique was always helpful and friendly. My family and I really enjoyed this place. Thank you very much!

The place is excellent, in a quiet area and with everything we needed to have a great time. We went to Manzanillo Beach as a family for a work-related matter, but Veronique's place had everything we were looking for to enjoy ourselves without having to leave. The beds are very comfortable and large. The terraces and pool area are very well laid out. Veronique was very friendly and responded to us at all times.

Fuimos a playa Manzanillo en familia por un tema de trabajo, pero el lugar de Veronique tenía todo lo que buscabamos para disfrutar sin tener que salir. Las camas muy comodas y grandes. Las terrazas y área de piscina muy bien distribuidas. Veronique fui muy amable y nos respondió en todo momento.

We had a lovely stay there at this great house. Absolutely recommendable. We spent most of the time at the beaches in Playa Hermosa and Santa Teresa. Playa Manzanillo is quite rocky.

It looks just like the pictures Spectacular place, the kitchen has everything The pool is big, the rooms are quite large! The layout of the house is perfect. At night the lighting of all the areas is perfect, even the big tree has light. The house is surrounded by plants, and there is also a supermarket near the house where you can buy everything. The distance to Santa Teresa is 30 min and half of the journey is uphill, so take this into account. At least have a 4x2 car. Super recommended and quiet place

Se ve igual que las fotos Lugar espectacular, la cocina tiene de todo La piscina es grandecita, los cuartos bastante grande! La distribución de la casa es perfecta. En la noche la iluminación de todas las áreas es perfecta hasta el árbol grande tiene luz. Alrededor de la casa está rodeado de plantas, además cerca de la casa hay un súper donde puedes comprar de todo. La distancia a Santa Teresa es de 30 min y la mitad del trayecto es de lastre para que lo tomen en cuenta. Mínimo tener un carro 4x2. Lugar súper recomendado y tranquilo

We loved the house. It had everything you needed and was very homey and very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The manzanillo beach is very close with a very cute restaurant we went to watch sunsets. The road needs to be paved as the drive to Santa Teresa is longer than it should be but other than that we loved loved the house. We would stay there again for sure.

The place was terrific and highly recommended. Our boys especially loved the pool and the large terrace – a real oasis to relax. Easily accessible by car, and we felt at home from the first moment.

We went as a family (2 adults and 2 children 4-6 years old). The house is in perfect condition, excellently equipped, and it is very nice as shown in the photos. Communication with Veronique is excellent and she is attentive to everything. The only thing was the smell of cat excrement in the area in front of the house, but it is understood that it is part of the animals that live nearby. 100% recommended for families with small children. It's a gem in an area of CR where there's so much to do and see!

Fuimos en familia (2 adultos y 2 niños de 4 -6 años) la casa está en perfectas condiciones, excelentemente equipada, es muy agradable tal y como se aprecia en las fotografías. La comunicación con Veronique es excelente y está al pendiente de todo. Único detalle fue el olor a excremento de gatos en la zona frente a la casa pero se entiende que es parte de los animales que viven en las cercanías. 100% recomendada para familias con niños pequeños. Es una perla en una zona de CR donde hay mucho que hacer y conocer!

We had an incredible stay at Casa Linou! The house is beautiful, with a delicious pool that’s perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is excellent—fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home. The bedrooms are super comfortable and cozy, making it easy to rest after a day of exploring. Miramar is a lovely area, though we personally preferred Playa Hermosa, which is just a quick 10-minute drive away. We definitely recommend having a 4x4 vehicle to get around more easily. If we could suggest anything, it would be to improve the quality of the TV and add some in the bedrooms, maybe add a BBQ grill outside—it would make the outdoor experience even better. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we’d absolutely love to come back!

Casa Linou from Veronique has managed to become our absolute highlight and thus favorite accommodation in Costa Rica! The house is furnished with a lot of taste and love. It is located in a peaceful local neighborhood of Manzanillo. The garden is simply enchanting. The luxurious house is very private with magnificent views from the whole house with beautiful pool and two terraces to the Tree of Life. Howler monkeys, macaws,birds,gekos,the tree is full of life, looks protective and strengthening in this beautiful nature of Manzanillo. The beach itself is beautiful and can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The authentic Tico village was for us the perfect alternative and addition to neighboring Santa Teresa. Also easy to reach by car/ATV for yoga/surfing/excursions. The area in general offers so many positive vibes and opportunities for unforgettable excursions. Highly recommended is a horseback ride. Pura Vida 200%

Casa Linou von Veronique hat es geschafft unseres absolutes Highlight und somit Lieblingsunterkunft in Costa Rica zu werden! Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Geschmack und Liebe eingerichtet. Es befindet sich in einer friedlichen lokalen Nachbarschaft vom Manzanillo. Der Garten ist einfach nur als bezaubernd zu beschreiben. Das luxuriöse Haus liegt sehr Privat mit grandioser Sicht vom ganzen Haus mit wunderschönem Pool und zwei Terrassen auf den Tree of Life. Brüllaffen, Aras,Vögel,Gekos,der Baum ist voller Leben, wirkt beschützend und stärkend in dieser wunderschönen Natur von Manzanillo. Der Strand selber ist wunderschön und in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das authentische Tico Dorf war für uns die perfekte Alternative und Ergänzung zum benachbarten Santa Teresa. Auch easy mit dem Auto/ATV zu erreichen für Yoga/Surfen/Ausflüge. Die Gegend allgemein bietet so viele positive Vibes und Möglichkeiten für unvergessliche Ausflüge. Zu empfehlen ist unbedingt eine Reittour. Pura Vida 200%

This was one of our top 3 places of our entire 1,5 month Costa Rica Journey. The house is absolutely stunning, so tranquil, well equipped with everything that is needed, the pool is chill as well as the neighbourhood. We loved the beach around the corner, especially for kids. We would come back anytime.10/10 Only minor remark is that there are a lot of dogs barking at night, which can become a little intense.

Exceeded expectations, the house is simply beautiful. Just like Tip for those who don't covet the area. It was my third time there and I already knew Montezuma, Santa Teresa and Malpaís, but not Manzanillo beach (the place where the house is), it is 1km from it nor Playa Hermosa which is about 15 minutes away. And I have to say that both Hermosa and Manzanillo beach are infinitely more beautiful than Montezuma, Santa Teresa and Malpais… The village is very nice, ideal for running or walking on the beach, as it is quite close and again… The beach is beautiful

Superó las expectativas, la casa es simplemente hermosa. Sólo como Tip para los que no conecen el área. Era mi tercera vez por allí y ya conocía Montezuma, Santa Teresa y malpaís, mas no la playa de Manzanillo (el lugar donde queda la casa), queda a 1km de la misma ni Playa Hermosa que está como a 15 minutos. Y tengo que decir que tanto Hermosa como la playa de Manzanillo son infinitamente más bonitas que Montezuma, Santa Teresa y Malpaís… El pueblo es muy bonito, ideal para salir a correr o a caminar por la playa, ya que queda bastante cerca y de nuevo… La playa es hermosa

In my experience with Airb&b, this has been one of the most beautiful and relaxing stays to spend as a family. For future visitors, the use of 4x4 transport fully recommended, although in summer we also arrived with a sedan (driving very slowly), however this same makes the area attractive.

Wonderful house, comfort, decoration, bedding and exterior at the top. The most beautiful rental we have made in Costa Rica. We loved the sheltered terrace and colorful furniture, the pool built in lush greenery, the quality of the bedding and cleanliness ( cleaning and linen change in the middle of the week), kitchen super well equipped for cooking for 7. We really appreciated the walking proximity (2 min) to the small typical village of manzanillo ( 2 supermarket , church, bakery...) and the sea 15 min away. Merveilleuse maison, confort, décoration, literie et extérieur au top. La plus belle location que nous ayons fait au Costa Rica. Nous avons adoré la terrasse abritée et le mobilier coloré , le piscine encastrée dans une végétation luxuriante, la qualité de la literie et la propreté ( ménage et changement du linge au milieu de la semaine), cuisine hyper bien équipée pour cuisiner pour 7. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité à pied (2 min) du petit village typique de manzanillo ( 2 supermarché , église, boulangerie…) et la mer à 15 min. Really beautiful house, really nice pool and lots of animals to look at! Only thing is the fact that it is not a 3 bedrooms, but a 2 bedrooms with a double bed in the « living room », so no privacy. But overall we liked our stay!

Loved our stay here! We chose Manzanillo to be close enough to playa Hermosa (~15mins) & Santa Teresa (~20-25mins) while staying in a small quiet neighborhood. The listing is as described, just like the pictures. The beds & bed linens are top quality and ultra comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoor space & pool a lot while we were there. Veronique was a fantastic host, ultra responsive to any inquiries we had. Walking distance to a good grocery store snd couple of good restaurants. Thank you! ☺️

Veronique's place was a true oasis! Very clean, stylish and had everything needed for a relaxing getaway. The backyard with the pool stole the show and I also enjoyed doing my morning yoga on the balcony upstairs. The bakery and cafe down the street are also worth a visit! Overall great experience and would 100% recommend to anyone!

The house was great and looked even better than the pictures. The host was very fast to respond to any questions we had (and even came over quickly to save us when we accidentally locked ourselves out). The pool and backyard were stunning! One consideration- the location is a solid 25-30min to get to downtown Santa Teresa, but only about 10-15min to Playa Hermosa. I would definitely recommend Veronique as a host, and this home as a place to stay. Thank you again!

This was by far the best stay I've ever had on Airbnb! Casa Linou feels brand new and is unlike any other house in the area. It's completely unique, spacious, and had the perfect layout for my family. The location is 10/10; we walked to the beach every day and felt totally safe. The neighbors are incredibly friendly, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Santa Teresa is only 15 minutes away by car, but I would totally recommend staying here because it was so nice to be just outside the noise from the busy town, yet so close too. No need for a 4x4 car here as the roads are perfect and it wasn’t up any steep hill. The host, Vero, was so nice and helpful. The house was also super easy to find and the instructions for self check in were very clear. Thank you so much!!!  I can't wait to return!
