Rules and Regulations

1. Pets are not allowed.
2. Barbecues and grills, including electric ones, are prohibited on terraces.
3. Hanging clothes or towels on room railings is forbidden; a portable clothesline is available on the balcony.
4. No parties, loud gatherings, or amplified music in the apartment or common areas.
5. Only registered guests may enter; visitors are not permitted.
6. Cleaning service by Petra occurs daily at 10:00 AM; she has authorized access.
7. Pool hours:
   • Fiji Pool: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
   • Beach Pool: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
   • Slides: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
   • Swimming lanes and relaxation pool (spa): 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (reservation required)
8. Restaurant and snack bar hours:
   • Cúpula Playa: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
   • Casa Club Cafeteria: 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM
   • Fiji Snack Bar: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
9. Gym hours: 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM (reservation required)
10. Maximum occupancy is 10 people, including children.
11. Use of common areas, amenities, and pools requires a wristband provided upon registration.
12. Food, drinks, coolers, and glassware are not allowed in pool areas and gardens; coolers are permitted only on the beach.
13. Electronic lock access code activates at 3:00 PM on arrival day and deactivates at 12:00 noon on departure day.
14. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on the terrace, and in all common areas in compliance with Mexican anti-smoking laws.

Additional Information

The administration (Club House) requires a security deposit of 5,000 pesos, payable by cash or card upon arrival. This deposit covers potential damages to common areas and will be refunded at departure.
