The Space
Colorado Surf Condo is a ground-floor unit located in the Villa Rio Dulce building within the gated community of Hacienda Iguana. This condo offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for your stay.
Location
The community boasts an impressive 1.75-mile beach featuring two notable surf breaks. Directly in front of the condo is the world-renowned "Colorado" surf break, while "Panga Drops" is a 15-minute walk down the beach.

Just a 45-second walk from the condo’s patio leads to the Beach Club, which includes:
- A bar
- A swimming pool
- A restaurant
The Beach Club is situated right in front of the Colorado surf break, offering excellent views of the surfers.
Additional Information
Please note that pets are not allowed. Although we appreciate animals, maintaining the property in excellent condition is a priority, and past experiences with pets have influenced this policy.

Great place. Would definitely stay again. Great view of the beach next to a restaurant/bar but private. We rented a golf cart which made it easily accessible to other restaurants and shops. This is a gated golf community with good security. Beach was quiet and large.

My friend and I booked a 5 day stay at Snell's place for a surf trip and it was great. It is a short walk to Colorado's which is perfect. Having the ground floor is huge after staying on forth floor before with being to easily go check the waves or take a dip in the pool. The place has a great back porch to sit on day and night with an amazing view. Pili's kitchen is right there for food and drinks as well but the condo has everything you need to cook as well, which we did some. We communicated with Roger who was very responsive and helpful and he set up an airport transfer with Dolman, who was great as well. We stopped by the grocery on the way in to stock up for the stay (highly recommend). You have the beach right there and everything you need but we rented motor bikes from Caesar at the stop and go which is great to explore the property and see different places/restaurants/etc. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm over and going to try and bring the family in as well.
