Welcome to Kaya Villas, a family-owned boutique retreat located in the heart of Playa Avellanas, just a five-minute walk from the surf and local dining options. Our recently completed villas are carefully positioned to protect the surrounding flora and fauna, offering each villa a distinctive forest backdrop along with a private garden and personal pool.
Experience the comfort of our brand-new, fully air-conditioned villa featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom is designed with flexibility in mind, offering either a king-sized bed or two twin beds to suit your needs. The living room also includes a daybed, providing extra sleeping space for an additional guest. Upon request, we can supply a crib and highchair.
Our villas emphasize seamless indoor-outdoor living. Each bedroom and the combined living and kitchen area feature wall-to-wall sliding glass doors that open to the natural environment. Step outside to your private pool, surrounded by lush tropical gardens that ensure complete privacy.

Our stay at Kaya Villas was wonderful overall, and we would definitely come back. The villa was a little difficult to find at first because of ongoing construction, but our host was incredibly kind and patient. They quickly sent us another location pin and made sure we found the property without any issues. As soon as you walk into the villa, you're greeted with a beautiful, minimalist design that immediately feels relaxing. The location is fantastic, with coffee shops nearby, the beach just a five-minute walk away, and Lola's Beachfront Restaurant became one of our favorite spots. Our kids absolutely loved it. A few things to keep in mind: because you're surrounded by nature, we did have quite a few ants inside the villa throughout our stay, as well as a few spiders. One morning, it looked like either a raccoon or another animal had left a mess near the pool, which attracted even more ants. If you're not used to staying in a tropical environment, this is something to be aware of.

Beautiful, clean and private spot for our family. We were very comfortable and the hosts were very nice and responsive. Really loved the tall glass sliding doors that provided a nice view of the trees and pool.

This was my second time staying at Kaya Villas. I brought my 20-year-old surfer son this time because I knew he'd love it. He enjoyed all the local,, challenging surf spots. Being able to walk to multiple delicious restaurants is a huge plus. Hosts are friendly, accommodating and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay @ Kaya Villas. The host were very responsive and provided wonderful recommendations. The air b n b was perfect for our 2 year old. The location is very central to the small downtown and it is a short walk to the beach.

We love staying at Kaya Villas. This was our second time there and can't wait to go back next year! Andre and Gabriella are wonderful hosts that are super attentive and helpful with suggestions s on activities to do.

A wonderful place in a fantastic location. Close to bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. Honestly don’t think the location could be better. The place itself is beautiful and comfortable.

We had a great time at Kaya Villas. It was a beautiful oasis and perfect place for 5 of us to stay. Beautiful beach and great restaurants near by. The place had everything you needed and hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a restful, quiet beach getaway.
