Discover Casa Napoleon, a beautiful, brand-new two-story residence located within the gated community of Pacifico, overlooking the peaceful waters of Coco Bay. This contemporary villa offers four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. It is an excellent choice for families, friends, or couples seeking both elegance and tranquility.
The bright and spacious living area features high ceilings and large glass doors that fill the home with natural light while framing views of lush tropical surroundings and the ocean horizon. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, generous counter space, and seating for eight, ideal for shared meals or casual get-togethers.

Good communication, well organized, very attentive. The home was spectacular. We all want to go back again. There was a kids playground on the property, there were 3 really cool community pools on the property in addition to the one at the home. Amazing.

An unforgettable week — this house exceeded every expectation! Our group stayed at Casa Napoleon for a week and loved every minute. The house is brand new, immaculate, and even more beautiful than the photos — the open floor plan flows right out to the pool, and the ocean view over the bay never got old. Morning coffee on that terrace was a daily ritual. The location is perfect: five minutes to town for restaurants and groceries, and the Pacifico Beach Club access was a huge highlight — resort amenities with the privacy of a home. Having a private Chef Andre cook dinner at the house one night was another favorite, and it made a great base for excursions like Rincón de la Vieja and a catamaran day. Spotless, well-stocked, and responsive management. We're already talking about coming back. Five stars!

Beautiful home!!! It was 4 of us and more than enough space. Loved the view the most! There were a few issues we encountered but they fixed everything in a timely manner. I would definitely book here again!! Everyone was so nice and I love the gated community. We felt very safe.

The upstairs bedroom didn't have hot water for the shower, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall the first time I used it. The mattress was uncomfortable and flat. The kitchen drain clogged and the hospitality team did come the next morning early to fix it, that was a highlight. I was hoping for more comfort.

Absolutely incredible stay from start to finish! The house exceeded every expectation — the views were breathtaking, the amenities were top tier, and every detail of the home made the experience feel luxurious and relaxing. The property managers were phenomenal: responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised (if not better). We made amazing memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway!
