Lyralba Beachfront, Punta Barco, San Jose

Lyralba is an oceanfront property. The main house consists of 5 rooms. each with its private bathroom, a room/studio that shares a bathroom with the main room, two rooms, dining room, kitchen, half bathroom for guests, terraces, swimming pool, and a patio full of tropical fruit trees. All rooms and lounges have TVs and there is WI-Fi service throughout the house. The property also has an accessory house with two rooms, which share a bathroom. The space The property has two structures. On the ground floor of the main structure are the kitchen, dining room, studio and half bathroom visits. In the high silver there is the master bedroom with double bed (two adults), private terrace and access to an area that was used as a painting studio but has now been converted into a children's room.The second structure contains the other four rooms and a living room. The house has four double beds (8 adults), two single beds (2 adults) and three cabin beds (6 children) Each one has terraces with and are roof, pool or direct access to one of the most exclusive beaches in the area.
