The Space
Villa Lasai is a luxurious 280 m² vacation home featuring three bedrooms spread over two levels, accommodating up to six guests. The villa showcases a refined blend of tropical architecture with materials like exposed polished concrete and natural stone, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living areas.
Overlooking both the ocean and jungle, guests can relax by the 25 m² saltwater pool while enjoying stunning views. The villa is situated less than a three-minute drive from world-class surfing beaches and downtown Santa Teresa.
This elegant home includes three bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, providing privacy for couples, friends, or families traveling together. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs.
Outside, a spacious terrace offers a large dining table, barbecue facilities, and sun loungers, all oriented towards the infinity pool with ocean views. Private parking is available for at least two vehicles.
To enhance your stay, Villa Lasai provides daily cleaning service, pool maintenance, and a security guard on duty from sunset to sunrise. A personal concierge service is also available to assist with transportation arrangements such as rental cars, domestic flights, taxis, and quad rentals. The concierge can recommend restaurants and activities including surf lessons, fishing, horseback riding, workshops, and private yacht tours.
For relaxation, selected masseuses, Pilates, and yoga instructors can visit the villa to provide pampering sessions. Pets are welcome at the property.
Please note that a 4x4 vehicle is required to access the villa, as it is located on a hill within the lush mountainous area.
Guest Access
Guests have complete privacy and full access to the entire villa. The timing of the daily cleaning service is arranged with guests during check-in.

The villa is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views over Costa Rica's bay and the ocean. All three beautiful king-size bedrooms It's located in a quiet, secured residential area in the hills and comes fully equipped with everything we needed. Sophie and Julie were fantastic — friendly, responsive. Maintenance and cleaning every day Excellent value for money. I recommend 100%, and want to come back!

We loved our stay at Villa Lasai! The house was stunning, exactly like the pictures. Incredibly spacious, clean and the outdoor space was amazing! Sophie the concierge was so helpful and responsive in the weeks leading up to our stay and ensured everything went smoothly once we arrived. She helped organize transportation as well as several different activities and tours for us. Overall a really amazing stay and would recommend!

Het verblijf was zoals beschreven. Zeer goede team, Sofia, Lititia en Darwing waren fantastisch. De omgeving was TOP, verschillende dieren gespot. Het is een verblijf waar je niet uit het huis wilt komen. Tactische schaduwplekken aan het zwembad hele dag beschikbaar alsook zonneplekken. Wij reisden met 2 kinderen van 3 en 6jaar hebben een aangename verblijf gehad.

Our stay at Julie’s villa was immaculate. The property is absolutely stunning, and we especially loved the privacy and watching the sunset from the pool in the evening. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, which made the experience even more special. We met Sophie at check-in and she was incredibly kind and welcoming. We were transitioning from another villa, and they graciously allowed us to drop off our bags early so we could go surf and explore the beaches — such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. The villa was spotless and beautifully maintained. Waking up to the sounds of different monkeys in the surrounding trees was such a unique and unforgettable touch. We would absolutely stay here again.

The Villa was fantastic felt very private and the architectural design improved the experience. Has a beautiful ocean view and sunset experience. Secure location and close enough to restaurants and surf spots. I will book it again!
