Everything was perfect. Most responsive BNB host ever! Responded quickly to every email. House was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Private and away from the crowd, but only a 15-20 minute golf cart ride to everything. We did that ride 2x most days. Felt like nothing and totally worth it to get away from the crowd. The swing by the beach was my favorite part - spent hours there. Bring a cheap portable speaker. I spent hours there listening to music. Paul arranged our airport pickup and drop off. Our driver was there even though we arrived an hour early. Martin was the house caretaker. Great person and available to help however needed. Paul had great recommendations for golf carts (necessary on the island) and food. They were spot-on. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Lucky Seed House. C’était tranquille. Une belle grande cour avec beaucoup d’activités : pêche, snorkling, kayak, marche sur le bord de mer. On allait à San Pedro à environ 20/25 min en cart. Un gros merci à Martin et sa femme qui sont les gardiens de la propriété. Ils demeurent à l’arrière de la maison, ils sont avenants, proactifs et ils nous ont souvent fourni des renseignements très utiles. C’est un must! On reviendrait sans aucun doute à Lucky Seed House.

We had the most amazing time at Lucky Seed. While a bit out of town (25 mins at most in a golf cart), we appreciated the amenities on the property and the privacy. Recommend a golf cart and you can easily get around. Paul was super responsive and the caregiver, Martin, loves on the property and was very helpful. We hope to do a repeat stay in the future.

Can’t say enough how much we loved staying at the Lucky Seed House! It’s private with its own beach and outdoor space, you honestly never have to leave for a great time. The house has everything, the host was amazing with logistics and recommendations and the caretaker was phenomenal and made sure we had everything we needed. Loved this house and wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we go back!

We had the best time staying at Paul’s place. The home and property were even more beautiful than the pictures and the caretaker, Martin, made us feel right at home. We are already looking for dates to return next year!

We had the most amazing time in Belize! This was the most accommodating AirBnB I have ever been to! The property has a dock right next door. We went out with very good guide, Genie, that lives a few doors down and will do whatever you want on a boat(spearfish, fish, drink). The house was simply amazing—far better than the pictures make it look. Martin and his wife are the care takers and they treated us like kings and queens! I am so satisfied with my experience. The level of detail Paul and Nancy put into making sure their guests have a good time is unprecedented and should be an example of how to treat Airbnb guests. Thank you! Would definitely come back.

Paul arranged for us ( a group of 5) to be picked up at the airport. We were greeted by Martin - he and his lovely wife are the caretakers of this beautiful house and live I a separate building behind. Martin explained all about the property and gave us any relevant information we would need. We had rented golf carts and they were delivered by Sean who also was present when we arrived. There are a few restaurants that are relatively close to Lucky Seed - these include Moon, Sun Deck, Tropical Resort and Winey Gringa - the food at all these places was delicious. Every morning I’d get my coffee and sit in lounge chairs in the shade and watch the lizards scuttle about, the various birds and of course the ocean It was a wonderful vacation Any questions we had -Martin and his wife Lupe answered and anything with our reservation Paul answered on a very timely basis - he was always responsive and friendly

Our family had a lovely time at Paul's house. The house is on a beautiful property with a huge waterfront lot and private access to the beach. Enjoyed a morning coffee on the swing chair looking out at the palm trees and waves. We had a rainy day during our trip and it was nice to have the space in the house to hang out. Location was very close to Secret Beach, and driving distance to San Pedro, groceries etc.

My family of 4 had a lovely 5 day stay over Christmas and we wished we’d booked longer. The house is well designed, spacious and considerate to the environment. The garden is beautiful. We really enjoyed using the kayak and paddle board as the sea is shallow - kids loved it and felt safe. Martin and Lupe were extremely friendly and helpful. There are buildings going up both sides now but it didn’t affect our stay in anyway. Would happily return.

Honestly this place is better than the listing leads you to believe. I would come back to Belize simply to stay here. It was everything I dreamed of for this trip - relaxed, surrounded by nature, quiet and rejuvenating. My friends and I were perfectly happy not leaving the house for two days. It has everything you need to be comfortable. The yard is picture perfect and beach access is incredible. The house staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. We loved that there were dogs on site. Paul and Nancy are as responsive as it comes. They provide any information you need to have an easy stay. If you are debating between this listing and others, this is the one.
