Place was exactly as the photos showed, which was beautiful with a great view and a few minute walk to the beach in Pedregal. Had a great time.

EXTREMELY UNSAFE. Our house was broken into and robbed while we were asleep inside. Multiple electronics and wallets were stolen. When we tried to contact the host the “security cameras were broken.” The lock on the kitchen door was also broken and host did nothing to fix it. Do not stay here!!!!

Our concierges inspect every villa upon arrival and will notify our main office if a home is falling short of our standards. These guests were provided a villa with properly functioning locks, safes and amenities along with 24 hour concierge service. When the guest reported the incident, the concierge was in constant communication with them. He provided this guest assistance in connecting with the local authorities which they unfortunately, declined. To ensure their safety, we informed the house manager at the same time. Both our team and the house staff inspected the outer perimeter and doors of the home. The locks on the outer gates, doors and windows were functioning properly and there was no indication of forced entry. Unfortunately, there are no security cameras at this home, however we are suggesting home owners install at least one on their property. We highly recommend using the all the safety amenities provided in the home to ensure their belongings are secure.

Everything was Great,  we didn't have to call for hardly any thing.

This stay was incredible! Everything was perfect from start to finish! The communication and level of service was impeccable! This villa is AMAZING! Gorgeous views, outdoor patios at every bedroom, private bathrooms for each bedroom as well. The pool is very luxurious, the beds are so comfortable, and the people working at CaboVillas are very responsive. Luis was our concierge and he got us our taxis very quickly each time we needed one, at the villa and even downtown. Our group was a bachelorette party and we had Scappa Experiences decorate before we got there (they did such an amazing job) so the villa was accommodating with letting them in. We felt very safe while there. Would highly recommend anyone going there!

the home was everything I expected it to be. our concierge guy was responsive with any issues and with providing us with transportation. minor issues would be the downstair showers did not have hot water 80% of the time and the pool was not as clean as we would have liked. The view of Pedregal and the ocean from casa Edith is to die for. would definitely rent this home again.

Cabovillas is an amazing location in very secure location. Working with our Conceigre Ivan was seamless.  Our party of 10 thoroughly enjoyed the views, pool and casitas. Just to note there are lots of stairs that connects all the bedrooms. Great for big groups who want to enjoy the separate spaces!

This villa was perfect for our bachelorette party group of 10! It was so nice for everyone to have some private space off the main house, and there were plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. We LOVED hanging by the pool and the walk to the beach is super easy! The 24/7 concierge was unbeatable! We felt safe the entire time and you cannot beat the views!!!

This house truly deserves 5 stars all around!! I came here for my Bachelorette with 13 girls. There was plenty of rooms and space for a party this size. We loved that the bedrooms were so spread out, especially with a group our size. I would highly recommend staying here with a large group! The view was amazing, the rooms were clean and organized. We loved working with our onsite concierge Roberto. CaboVillas arranged everything for us from a personal chef, food/drinks at the house, travel to dinner and the airport. Our stay at Hacienda Edith was a dream and the most unique place I've stayed while on vacation. The best part was the service provided by everyone who worked on/for the property. Luis our concierge made sure we had everything we needed including taxi's and took care of any special requests which were all very timely with no delay! Some taxi's got lost trying to find our villa which was the only negative, but the taxi service Luis set us up with were always on time and knew the area very well.

This place is amazing. The location is perfect - high enough to provide a world class view, but close enough to easily walk to the beach. Even on the last day people were still talking about how great the view is.  It’s also an easy cab ride to downtown Cabo (although we did walk to town a few times). Watching whales from the upper patio was a huge bonus.   Highly recommended.

This house was a dream! Soooo huge I thought it was never going to end when we did the tour! Something to keep in mind however, are the separate houses/villas that are all attached to the main house but are a short walk away. For instance, the main house only has the master bedroom. The other rooms are located in separate areas outside of the main house. Just a couple steps away and very easily accessible but just something to note. This was a dream house and I recommend for anyone with larger groups! The 24/7 concierge response time was amazing! We had no complaints, only that our stay was so short. Thank you so much cabovillas for the amazing getaway!We cannot wait to come back to this view!

Our group had a great stay at this Villa. The staff was wonderful and the house/view were awesome. Just want to note that this house is on a hill so there are a lot of steps. Not necessarily a bad thing but one of the members of our group has arthritis in her knees so she did have some issues. Otherwise a wonderful stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hacienda Edith for my sister’s bachelorette party. The place was huge, nice but with an authentic Mexican feel. The view was beautiful and location was perfect. It’s a short walk to Pedregal beach. The concierge was quick to respond to all of our needs and called us taxis wherever we were which made things so easy.  CaboVillas arranged everything for us, including Covid tests, a personal chef, and food/drinks for the house. For the price, this villa is amazing. The beds were very comfortable, and the temperature control was easy to regulate.  The pool was not clean upon arrival, but the staff called the pool service people out right away to take care of it. There were a few minor items missing- such as coffee filters and cutting boards- and the WiFi signal in the bedrooms was spotty (main area worked fine) but these little things did not impact our stay and we would definitely stay here again! As other reviewers mentioned, the layout of the bedrooms is very spread out with each room having its own separate outdoor entrance, which makes this house perfect for a few families or couples to stay at. Hacienda Edith is a beautiful place to getaway. Our group of 12 had plenty of space to relax and unwind. The house is well equipped for staying in and relaxing. The concierge was a wonderful service which made activities easy to book. Overall, would recommend.

This home was beautiful and we had a nice stay. It should be noted that the address provided is not accurate and no car service will ever be able to find you or pick you up. Cars that we hired had to be escorted by security to find the house and we wound up late to everything we booked as a result. Really infuriating experience to be in a foreign country with no usable address!

Our stay here was amazing! We celebrated a bachelorette with 11 girls and had a great time! We partner with Cabovillas to book a chartered boat that absolutely breathtaking! Hector, our concierge was responsive, helpful and friendly- he literally made the entire vacation effortless! We also took advantage of the pre-stock options and it worked out super well! The space is gorgeous and each room has its own area and bathroom separated from the house. The photos really don’t do it justice! Be prepared for stairs!

Now let's get into the beauty of this place. OMG I mean breath taking. The rooms, the views, the people and the community was just amazing. I felt so safe here. They have security round the clock and once again I don't even know if angel sleeps but I wrote him at 4am, 6 pm and 1am he answered every time. Angel is truly an angel. There are 5 bedrooms. 3 king beds and 2 with double beds. All which are comfortable. The water takes a minute to heat up but when it's hot it's hot. The pool has a warmer and it was so nice. We booked the welcome package that they have which will have a chef come to the location as you arrive. The foooodddddd my gosh was so good. The chef was so sweet and sang me a birthday song because it was my birthday. I enjoyed that. Overall this place and service was so amazing. Shout out to jessica who help with my last minute request and also help us get a physician to do the covid exam for us to be able to comply with the new CDC guidelines to enter back in America. This place was amazing and the view from the Villa was spectacular. Our check in went smoothly with the help of the concierge, Lewis. He definitely looked after us with some extra touches. The house was a short walk to the "non-swimming" beach but the sunset at the beach was great and the whales were very close to the shore. You could also see the whales from the Villa. I wanted to pre-organize a special meal at the Villa one of the nights of our stay and Lola was extremely helpful with suggestions and answered my emails & questions promptly. Our meal was better than I imagined and a very lovely addition. CaboVilla's were very easy to deal with and always getting back to me via email when needed. I would highly recommend staying at Edith Hacienda if you are visiting Cabo. :)

This house was the perfect location for us to celebrate my sister for her bachelorette party. The house is absolutely stunning! We were able to whale watch from the balconies which had incredible views. All of the rooms were as pictured, and the concierge was amazing. I would highly recommend this place to any large group!

The house is beautiful but the one bedroom with twin beds is very small and the beds cannot be pushed together as we thought we would do because they are strapped and screwed to the wall. The bedroom above it has two double beds and our guests could hear everything between the two rooms. Confirm before you arrive that all room air conditioners are working. The room with the twin beds had a broken air conditioner and our guests were very uncomfortable for 5 nights! Not Cool when you are on vacation and paying over $4200 to stay at a house.

We are so happy our guests enjoyed the beauty of Hacienda Edith; it is a lovely home and a terrific value for the price. The house has 5 bedrooms and it is unfortunate that there was disappointments with one of the rooms. The beds can absolutely be pushed together. It would have taken our concierge just moments to resolve that issue, had we been made aware of the request.   Unfortunately, in that same room the a/c did go out. The part needed to repair it was unable to be procured during this guests stay. Guest satisfaction is our top priority but unfortunately there are times like this when issues are just out of our control! We have provided them fair compensation for the issue.   Rest assured, all of the A/C units are all now working perfectly. Should something break, as it can happen in any home, we will make every effort to resolve it quickly.

Beautiful Hacienda, there is quite a discrepancy in the size and quality of the rooms. The top 3 bedrooms were very spacious. The lower 2 bedrooms a bit dark and small. Something to consider if you are sharing the space with a large group.

This house is exactly like the pictures and description. I don’t think the pictures do it justice on how private each room is which is awesome when you have a big group. Everyone basically had their own little villa and the welcome margaritas and neck massages were a great touch!

Hacienda Edith is a beautiful home with roomy space and gorgeous views from just about any room. The pool was always warm and welcoming even at night, and the beach was just a couple minutes of a walk away. Although very dangerous to swim in, it was nice to have it close by. The community was very safe and their responsiveness to our needs was on point. There are 4 floors to this home so lots of stairs but there are 2 spacious rooms on the first level for those that don't want to be walking a lot up and down. Each room had their own private entrance and bathrooms, yet they were all connected in a way that made getting to and from the rooms quite easy. The home was very close to downtown Cabo so very simple to get to shopping, good restaurants and tours. We would definitely recommend this home!

This stay was absolutely amazing. Super safe area! I was unaware the rooms were separate (was not a big deal to us). The house was great! The service was even better! Julie truly helped me as a hurricane was approaching and was willing to work with me with whatever we needed even if we decided to change the dates. They were all absolutely wonderful. Ivan, our concierge, was amazing our whole stay. Would definitely recommend a stay with them while visiting Cabo.

It is much better than what you see in the photos, it is quite spacious, there are several tiny houses inside the Villa, the cleanliness is unbeatable, the attention from Jessica and the Concierge are quite good, they welcome you with margaritas they give you the rules and explain the entire operation of the home. The location is excellent, quite safe you can be without noise problems or anything and it is 10 minutes from the marina and the clubs of Cape. I would definitely stay there again, it's highly recommended.

Es mucho mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos, es bastante amplia, son varias mini casas dentro De la Villa, la limpieza inmejorable, la atención por parte de Jessica y el Concierge bastante buena, te reciben con margaritas te dan las reglas y te explican todo el funcionamiento del hogar. La ubicación es excelente, bastante segura se puede estar sin problemas de ruidos ni nada y está a 10 minutos de la marina y los antros de cabo. Sin duda alguna me volvería a quedar ahí, esta súper recomendada.

Great location, Hospitality was great. Very safe and secured area. I was very impressed with the security which provided a piece of mind while at the Villa or away. Only issue we had was the cleaning service never removed the trash from the previous visitors. There were multiple empty 30 pack boxes piled off to the side near the pool area. Besides that it was a great Villa! Jessica was awesome from start to finish!

We had an amazing stay at Hacienda Edith for my best friend's bachelorette party! the place was stunning! Jessica was super helpful before we arrived, and our concierge Ivan was great while we were there! He set up last-minute airport transfer for us, made margs when we arrived, and was always available when we needed him for taxis or water bottle deliveries. The pool was private and the house comfortably slept 10 girls with room to spare. Highly recommend!

THIS PLACE IS AAAAAMAAAAZIIIING AND THE PICTURES DO IT NO JUSTICE. I posted videos and pictures of our trip and several people want to book the same. I would recommend booking private transportation for your entire trip.

Hacienda Edith was perfect for us 8 guys. Spent 3 nights there before checking into a resort for a wedding and we all wished we coulda have stayed at Hacienda Edith the whole time. Having the concierge was a perfect added touch. Anytime we had any requests or questions we got answers back within minutes. Tons of space and incredible views. Great stocked kitchen we were able to cook and hang out at the house and watch the sunset on the patio during dinner. Would 100% recommend and hopefully we will be able to stay there again sometime soon.

Perfect for a big group! We had 12 grown men and it was spacious. No issues. The views are amazing. The photos don’t do justice. Gated community so helps with feeling safe at night. And the breeze during the day was beyond perfect! Wake up to the waves crashing!

Great location with a very short walk to Pedrogal Beach. Fell in love with the villa and its gated community. Would recommend to any large group wanting to visit Cabo San Lucas

We loved our stay at the villa. It was beautiful and beautifully decorated, with lots of space for each guest and an incredible view. We also enjoyed the lovely extra amenities including welcome margaritas and massages! Lola was also very helpful in answering our questions as we planned our wedding ceremony on Pedregal beach. We highly recommend this villa. The western casita’s AC unit leaked water all over the bed that was under it. We just moved the bed a few inches away from the wall. The villa has plenty of extra sheets and comforters. The maids and concierge Héctor were very helpful. Google maps doesn’t take u to the villa though, you’ll have to ask the security at the gate to escort you to the villa. There was also a sewage smell from the bathrooms intermittently. It wasn’t that big of a deal though, there’s plenty of ways to air out the villa. We saw whales from the balcony!

Hacienda Edith has got to be the best Airbnb that I have ever stayed in!!!  These pictures DO NOT do the place justice.  The view from anywhere in the house is un matched!  The community is very prestigious and safe.  The house is HUGE!  Your party will be very comfortable and have their privacy.  Upon arrival the host greeted us with margaritas and snacks to eat.  There was someone available to answer any questions 24/7.  The bars, restaurants, marina and shopping are all at the bottom of the hill which is about an 8 minute Uber ride.  I was mostly in contact with Lola and she made this experience the best it could be.  I wish I could give this place 6 stars.  I will definitely be staying here again and very soon.  I highly suggest this place for your stay in Cabo San Lucas.  It is very well worth it!

The villa is beautiful, the beach and views are amazing. Excellent value for money. Nothing to say! The villa is rather far from the city and services, I suggest a vehicle without fail. The concierge is helpful to respond to requests quickly. However, at first, there was a lack of towels and toilet paper, but everything was settled. Thanks for everything!

The reviews are not lying! This place was amazing and just as the pictures show. Cabo is about a 5-10 minute drive on extremely steep hills so make sure that you are either cabbing it or have your own car. Based on research and reviews we opted to rent a large van for our group of 11 and did not have any issues with our own vehicle. Do keep in mind that most of the large vans to rent in Cabo are stick so make sure that someone knows how to drive a manual. The views on the way to the home are amazing-as is the views from the home itself.  Hector is available 24/7 to assist you with all of your needs! CaboVillas is top notch service and I will tell you this is better than staying in a resort! The beach below is a 4 min walk down and maybe 10 min walk up. It's private, beautiful, just not swimmable-but that's ok because Cabo offers many swimmable beaches. We felt extremely safe in Pedregal, and kept the backdoors to the homes unlocked the entire time so that the private rooms had access to the main home. The only room that is connected to the main living space is the master. I would not reccommend this home for elderly or people who have issues with walking stairs. Everything about this home made our visit in Cabo, and CaboVillas service was the best i have ever received! I would definitely rent this home again.

The pictures doesn't do Hacienda Edith justice. The villa is beautiful and is an awesome place for a Cabo vacation. Everything from the booking up into check out was seamless. The concierge was superb and made the experience top-notch. However, as others have mentioned, the breathtaking views of Hacienda Edith, comes at a price -- you'll need to cab it and from downtown each time so plan accordingly.

This property (as are most of the others in this area) is palatial.  Expect to do some climbing up and down to get around the property but enjoy each area you reach.  I would consider renting a car next time to save on cab fare but our concierge was very accommodating with getting us one whenever we needed it.  If you can, stop at Costo and/or Walmart before arriving!  The Villa has everything you need for cooking and entertaining - you just need the food and drinks!  Thank you to Lola and her crew for a lovely family visit.

Stayed at this villa with a group of 11 in March. The place was gorgeous! Overlooking the ocean, very private and quiet neighborhood. We stopped by Costco before checking in and got all kinds of food, and the kitchen was perfect to cook for a big group. The villa is so spacious, even 11 people didn’t feel crowded! Lola was great and answered all the questions. You’ll get a concierge who will help you with getting cabs etc. The average cab is like $20 and it takes about 15 min to get to bars/stores. Wouldn’t recommend if you want to be able to walk out the door and start partying - it was perfect for our groups who wanted a quiet place to relax. We would definitely be back if we ever go to Cabo again!

This was a great choice for my bachelorette weekend in Cabo. Gorgeous views and spacious living quarters. The rooms are a little separated and are more like mini "suites". The area couldn't have been more upscale, and was in close proximity to the nightlife and activities near Medano Beach. Giovanni our concierge contact was fantastic. He was always available and made our stay even better. Lola also coordinated our airport transfers and private catering. Thanks for everything!

This is an awesome rental! It has wonderful views from nearly every room. The pool area is equally amazing and the beds are very comfortable. My only suggestion to future renters is to rent a car if you are staying here as the only way to get to the shops, clubs, and marina is via taxi or car. The $40 taxi fees (one-way) add up quickly. The taxis aren't readily available right off the street but our concierge was able to get them there fast with a quick phone call. There are very steep hills that make it very tiring to try and walk to the property so I wouldn't even attempt it. Also, security is very strict about who they let in and the "no loud noises after 6pm" rule. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in Pedregal.

The view and stay was great. Lack of communication on some things, but the host in Mexico was absolutely great. The view was beautiful. The rooms and pool were great as well.

My family and I loved Hacienda Edith! Everything was perfect. We did have a little confusion about who was to pick us up from the airport but it was totally our fault! Everything on your end was covered! Thank you for being such a great host and we would definitely book with you again in the future! The only downside was the amount of bugs in the stay. But then again we do realize that those kinds of things do happen in places like Mexico. So we understood. Just made us a little uneasy. Overall everything was great. Thanks again Lola!
