The Space

Casa Verde y Azul is situated in a very private and tranquil area north of Santa Teresa, nestled within our secluded valley. The beach, restaurants, and a supermarket are all within a 5 to 10-minute walk.

The house provides ample space to relax, whether on the terrace or by the saltwater pool, making it an ideal spot to unwind and disconnect. For guests who need to work, there is a 100 Mbps fiber-optic internet connection available.

Please note that our property is not intended for parties. We kindly ask all guests to respect the peaceful atmosphere.

A 4x4 vehicle is required to access the house.

Location

Villa Verde y Azul is located on a private property in Santa Teresa North, at the end of a dead-end road, approximately 200 meters uphill. This setting ensures privacy and quietness, away from the noise of the village and main road.

Despite its seclusion, the beach, nearby restaurants, and the supermarket Super la Hacienda are easily reachable on foot within 5 to 10 minutes.

The villa was thoughtfully designed with close attention to nature and detail. Costa Rica’s wonderful climate allows you to enjoy outdoor living throughout the year.

• First Floor:

The property can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably.

• Towels changed every 2 to 3 days (please bring your own beach towels as bath towels are not suitable for beach use)

• Private yoga shala on the property for yoga, meditation, or fitness sessions
• Laundry service available at $15 per machine (liability for clothing items is not accepted; service may take 1-2 days)

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including the guesthouse, as well as free use of the private yoga shala.

Additional Information

• Our property manager lives on-site near the entrance with our dog. He will welcome you, assist with check-in, and be available for questions either in person or via WhatsApp.
• The manager can arrange yoga classes, massages, surf lessons, ATV rentals, and other activities.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchen and washing dishes; these tasks are not covered by the cleaning staff.
• We welcome pets; however, if dog waste is not cleaned up around the house, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged.
• Please respect the peaceful environment as the property is not a party venue.
• A 4x4 vehicle is mandatory for accessing the house.
