Overview
Casa Bella is a private mini-resort designed for family holidays, group vacations, or intimate getaways by the Caribbean Sea. Set in the quiet residential neighborhood of Playa Chiquita, the property is surrounded by lush gardens and jungle, where guests may see toucans, sloths, howler monkeys, jewel-colored birds, and butterflies.
The property includes six bedrooms and six bathrooms in total. Only the spaces required for your group are prepared, and the property is booked to one group at a time.

Casita Bonita
Across the pool, Caribbean-style Casita Bonita includes:

Casita Sol
Casita Sol is a two-story cottage with:
- One queen-size bed
- One single bed
- One bathroom
- A full kitchen
- A main-floor deck
- An upper terrace with hammocks
Pool and Outdoor Areas
The 12-by-7-meter saltwater pool is located between the main house and the casitas. A covered deck beside the pool offers a shaded place to lounge and prepare meals on the 36-inch Bull barbecue.
The gardens and pool create a peaceful setting for relaxing with friends and family.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the areas prepared for their group, including:
- Casa Bella
- Casita Bonita
- Casita Sol
- The saltwater pool
- The pool deck
- The barbecue area
The number of bedrooms and spaces prepared depends on the size of your group and your accommodation needs.
Secure on-site parking is available for up to five cars.

Very spacious property ! Our family was especially delighted with the pristinely clean pool. Neighbourhood was private yet close enough to restaurants and shops and most importantly the best beaches in the area. Erinn is a great host. Very warm and welcoming and she personally takes care of daily pool maintenance on days that her maintenance worker Melvin isn’t around. On top of that Melvin was kind enough to open several Coconuts from the grounds on a daily basis. Highly recommend a stay particularly for larger groups or families.

this place is amazing and private!! We were a group of 2 couples and loved both AC rooms. The pool and the covered pool area along with the jungle surrounding is what really stands out and makes this place special. Our Host Erinn was very informative and available for anything. We will most definitely be back in the future!!! Thanks Erinn for sharing your amazing place!!

Fantastic location. Property was as described. If your group are cooks, I would say the kitchen was short serving spoons, baking dishes etc but Erinn was quick to provide what we needed. Great restaurants and beach close by. Thank you Erinn!

Erinn is a wonderful hostess! From the moment we booked Casa Bella, she reached out with helpful info and recommendations. We were greeted by howler monkeys on day one, so cool! Her tips on restaurants, hidden gems, and local spots made planning for our group of nine so much easier. One late morning, she even made a reservation for us at Pura Gula. Great food and live acoustic music in a cozy setting. We also had an unexpected trip to the doctor, and thanks to her Guest Book, we found the Aruma Clinic quickly. The care was excellent. Whether we were at the beach, relaxing by the pool, or ordering pizza in, everyone had a blast. This was our first family reunion and it couldn’t have gone better. Een fantastische plek een heerlijk royaal huis. Een schitterende tuin met heel fijn zwembad. Rustige groene omgeving, veel privacy. Erinn is een super host die je met alles zal helpen.

What a great place and a great hostess. Had all the amenities we needed and we made a few meals a home. We stayed a week and Erinn organized a mid week clean, which was great. The place was idyllic with lovely gardens, plenty of hot water and wash facilities. Having separate rooms at the end allowed the teenagers their space too. Finally a great thanks to Erinn, she booked restaurant for us the first night, answered all our questions - got us in touch with an excellent guide Juanito. Was there when we needed and not when we didn't thank you Erinn. We went surfing, snorkeling, trekking to a waterfall for swimming and did a round with the local tribes to learn about their culture and chocolate making. We had a fantastic week. If we ever come back to Costa Rica we will be back here. Andrea

Erinn is a delight. She is super friendly and helpful. We had a group of 8 adults and we had plenty of space to spread out, but also common areas to enjoy. The pool and garden areas are lovely. The beach, grocery store, and some restaurants are within very close walking distance, but it's also easy enough to get a tuk tuk and head into town. Highly recommend.

Such a lovely experience to spend a few days in Erinn's place nested in the jungle, a few steps away from the beach. Erinn is responsive and thoughtful and there are plenty of great things to see in the surroundings. Highly recommended!

This property is like being at a resort but it's all just for you! Erinn was the best host, she came by and made sure that we had figured everything out and had everything we needed. the beds were comfortable, the showers were hot, the pool is a dream and the grounds are immaculate and private. Close to everything. I couldn't recommend a place more!!
