With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a rooftop terrace with a plunge pool and ocean views, the house comfortably accommodates one or two families or groups of up to nine guests.
Cobblestone streets, lively markets, and excellent restaurants are all just around the corner, while the home itself provides a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Ground Floor

Tellement bien situé : tout est à pieds. et le logement est super grand !! Toutes les chambres sont sur un étage différents donc à considérer si vous avez des jeunes enfants. Les lits sont confortables et la cuisine est très pratique. Logement pourrait être un peu rafraîchi par contre.

Our family of four was so happy here - plenty of room to spread out, while also enjoying togetherness in the spacious and atmospheric living/dining/kitchen. The location was fabulous. Quiet and yet steps away from shops and restaurants. We had an incredible meal at Casablanca on Plaza Bolivar and loved the exquisite beauty and culture on display at Museo de la Mola. The rooftop at the house was very special.

It was a beautiful, spacious home in a fantastic location. Everything was within walking distance, and the house is situated on a lovely street. The property could use a bit of extra maintenance. During our stay, we experienced a significant leak, and debris from the wall fell onto the bed. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great location.

I stayed in Casa Vidal for a week in July. I chose this home for the location and rooftop pool. The rooftop view is great, but we did not use the pool at all. The pool water was warm. Of course this is not the fault of the owner, we live in Colorado and did not know the water would not be refreshing. Some of the furnishings are worn out/stained and need to be replaced. The kitchen cabinets are difficult to open. The inside wall is made of rock and it is slowly falling apart. The bed on the main floor and stairs get covered in dirt from the wall. The home smells. It might be a moisture problem. I was advised to run the main AC and use the dehumidifier to see if it would help. Well, the AC is so loud you do not want to run it. And the smell remained. My advice is to skip this property. The only thing it has going for it is the size and location in CV. Traffic is terrible in Casco Viejo. To avoid the slow, one way traffic that leads to this home, choose a home closer to the west edge.

Impossibly excellently located multi-level home in Casco with three big bedrooms on separate levels. There are several unique outdoor spaces including a quintessential courtyard, narrow balcony and rooftop terrace with plunge pool. The property was tastefully decorated and, with the exception of a few minor stains, has been well maintained. The main room AC is a bit noisy but easily the most effective I've experienced in Panama. Those with sensitivity to mold or damp should be warned that this property has a couple of minor moisture issues on the middle level (which is very typical for period properties in Panama). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is a special find for this neighborhood and we felt very lucky to use it for our family reunion.

This place is gorgeous, three indoor floors, and a rooftop pool all to yourself, just wow. Mikulas made sure we had lots of coffee and even got us two six packs of beer! Location is great, just out of the way and really close to everthing you could ever need. Cafe, food, shops, drinks, cigars, and ice cream were less than a block away! We visited Panama with our two boys 3 and 5 at the time of our stay. Casco Viejo itself is world-class and is a super fun area. However, we found that it is not particularly little kid-friendly, but this stay made our experience as good as it could be. The large TV, games, and pool were fantastic. Mikulas even helped find a babysitter for us, so we were able to have a date night, and we are grateful. Overall, we can't recommend Mikulas and his place enough. Thank you!

The Airbnb at Mikulass residence was very nice and accommodating. i could of walk around in a very quiet area where shops, restaurants and other stuff to do..it was really what we were looking for on our trip..will love to stay there in the future and will give it 3 thumbs up
