The Summit Rainforest and Golf Resort is located in the Canal zone in Panama City. We are a rainforest resort with amenities such as an 18 hole championship golf course, 4 walking trails, butterfly farm, sloth rescue center, frog farm, 2 outdoor pools, and restaurants and bar. We offer free shuttles in scheduled hours to Albrook Mall, Altaplaza Mall, Miraflores Center and Summit Botanical Gardens. All of our rates include free breakfast buffet, free wifi and free parking. The space Our suites are 70m2 and are designed to feel like apartments. They include a kitchenette, dining area, living room with a 42 inch flat screen tv (with cable) and a balcony that overlooks our golf course. They also include a bedroom with a balcony, 42 inch flat screen tv (with cable) , bathroom with jacuzzi, shower and his & hers sinks. Guest access 2 Outdoor Pools, Butterfly Farm, Sloth Rescue Center, Frog Farm, 4 Walking Trails and Golf Course Other things to note We are located in the rainforest but only 20 minutes from the city center. Metro Bus transportation is located in Albrook Mall, which is only a 10 minute drive away. You will encounter our country's most exotic wildlife, as we are located in between 2 national parks (Metropolitan and Soberania National Parks). And over 900 different bird species migrate through our area on a yearly basis. We are 5 minutes from the Panama Canal. We recommend taking the Centenario or Avenida Omar Torrijos Route, depending on where you would like to go. Waze app is often used to decide which route is better, depending on the time of day.

My spouse and I came to Panam谩 馃嚨馃嚘 for our honeymoon. The concierge upgraded us to the presidential suite and our personal concierge Carlos was very welcoming and gave us a presidential tour of the whole facility and golf course. We encountered wild animals like toucans, sloths, birds, and other animals. It was truly a paradise on earth. We will definitely be back to this resort!

Very nice place that鈥檚 currently going through a lot of changes and getting better and better. The golf course is quite challenging and well kept with nice fast greens. Great price as well. Loved the Sloth rehab, the nature trail, the butterfly sanctuary and just the general location.

beautiful nature destination surrounded by forest and golf course with many many birds and a couple nice trails with excellent guides available or you can follow by yourself. we enjoyed watching the birds from our balcony and the sunrise over panama city in the distance. very close to the panama canal in one direction and the rainforest Discovery center (both which we suggest highly and worth entry fees). beds very comfortable - very spacious rooms, cleaning service every day. breakfast buffet is included and ceviche and burger were very good at poolside restaurant. golf driving range was fun as was the evening golf cart tour with Carlos. as others have said- there could be some fixes here and there but no dealbreakers. be prepared for some weddings etc if you go on the weekend but everyone happy and easy enough to wander off to the nature or just sit on balcony if you want peace and quiet. recommend a longer stay and the experience very much.

Absolutely incredible! The pictures do not fully communicate the beauty and exotic nature that surrounds the resort! The staff is so accomodating and they work very hard to ensure every guest is taken care of. Alondra, our host, was very sweet and made sure that our stay was one of the best we have experienced on Airbnb. Honestly, if you are staying in Panama, then you should be staying here!

no le recomiendo ese hotel es lo peor de lo peor te sientes como si fueras a pedir posada como si te estuvieran regalando la estad铆a la primera limpieza de la habitaci贸n deje una cadenita en el ba帽o y no apareci贸 se la robaron menos mal que era de fantas铆a cuando me percate q no estaba baje y le coment茅 al chino de la recepci贸n me dijo que iba a tomar carta en el asunto como estaba muy ocupado por fuera del hotel no pude darle importancia luego al retirarme le comento a la chica que me hizo la salida para que no le volviera a pasar a otro hu茅spedes como yo inform谩ndome la chica que nunca colocaron a observaci贸n de lo sucedido luego me retiro y mi tarjeta la an pasado como 5 veces por el dep贸sito y por el consumo del room service ya tuve que enviar a cancelar mi tarjeta de cr茅dito para que no sigan cobrando y esperar que procesen la denuncia para el reembolso de mi dinero ese hotel y el anfitri贸n que me toc贸 de lo peor de lo peor no recomiendo que pasen por tan mala experiencia
