We had an enjoyable stay. The place was clean, gym provided amazing views of the birds in the sanctuary, rooftop pool was mostly private at the end of the season, and the welcome book very informative. We also appreciated the washer/dryer available, and the quick responses to questions. Thanks for hosting us!

A fantastic airBnB, extremely clean, very responsive hosts, and they would ask / clean throughout our stay. Washer/Dryer were easy to use. The pool was amazing, the private guards for the condo made me feel like a VIP. Amazing place and very private. Also quiet and super close to the PDC centre, i walked there every day and it took less than 5-10 minutes on a very safe road with lots of trees and nature. I think this has been the best airbnb out of 40-50 or so that i have ever been to. You won’t regret booking here.

Great host and nice place to stay. Quick walk to the beach and nice pool on the roof. The amenities were great.

My family rented two condos from Dan over spring break. The units and surrounding area were absolutely beautiful. We loved taking in the views and bird-watching from the pool deck. Inside was exactly as pictured with all of the comforts of home and plenty of space to spread out. The area of Playacar was perfectly walkable to Avenida Quinta, although a car is useful for excursions or grocery trips. Dan was incredibly helpful and responsive to all of our inquiries. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a quiet, serene stay.

This condo is beautiful for a family. Loved the location. Dan was very quick answering any questions and showed up when we needed him. Highly recommend!!

Condo was well appointed with needed items to make dinner and lunches easily. The outdoor area was spacious with a nice view of green foliage. My son loved the little animals that came out during the day and evening that were easily viewable from the deck area. Very walkable to playa del carmen centro area. There was also a beach very close. The condo provided beach chairs and a beach umbrella. We utilized the recommended services. Specifically, the chef services and transportation services. Both were easy to communicate with via Whats App. Overall we had a great stay and were happy to come each evening to nice cold air conditioning.

Can’t say enough about this place! 3 couples travelling from Alberta, Canada. The luxury condo is large, three bedrooms with their own ensuites, kitchen is well stocked, outdoor eating area was peaceful, large and gorgeous setting with the shade from lovely trees. Had our coffee, enjoyed some drinks and ate outside on many occasions. Can see little animals from the bird/animal sanctuary roaming around. We worked out in the fitness room several times with a beautiful view of the bird sanctuary- saw iguanas, birds and different animals while working out! Spectacular! 10 min walk to 5th Ave and 5 mins to the beach. Dan was very responsive and very accommodating! Hired their shuttle service recommendation and that worked out great - thank you Oscar! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent again!
