Gorgeous!!! Pics do no justice. Extremely comfortable bedding with amazing views throughout the condo. Eating dinner on the balcony while the sun sets and macaws fly over the palm trees was absolutely priceless. The owner and hospitality crew were attentive and quick to provide help with anything we needed. Renting a golf cart was a great idea! Thank you for going above and beyond, Mark! PURA VIDA

Mark’s place was absolutely perfect for our visit to Costa Rica. It was spotless, spacious, and beautiful. It was well equipped with everything you need. While the photos do accurately represent the property, it is even better in person. Watching the many macaws flying around in the trees outside was a special bonus! The location inside Los Sueños resort is really ideal, in that it is very private, yet a quick golf cart ride over to the marina, shops and restaurants, and beach club. My family of four felt right at home and comfortable in this condo. We loved being able to look out off the balcony and see the beach and sea right there. The pool outside was super close. The grounds of the Del Mar complex (and all of Los Sueños!) are impressively landscaped; it was lush and tropical and very beautiful everywhere! We can’t wait for our next visit, and would highly recommend this property!

Renter BEWARE—- this condo is UNACCEPTABLE and needs attention!!! Initially to check in you must go to a business called dream makers outside of the gated entrance to the property. No one was there and after waiting / calling 30 min in the heat later someone showed up and said he had been busy with another guest check in. Master bed sheets dirty with hair on them and biggest complaint is the AC doesn’t work properly. Well in Central America it’s hot and the AC vent in master puts out no air. If you lower temp in an effort to be cool, owner messages you and says he watching remotely on his phone and gets notifications if you touch the Thermostat and please do not as his AC bill is to high. If you do lower it a few degrees he will adjust it back to 74/75 remotely and play games with you for hours. Asked for fan and they brought one that didn’t work. This area is gorgeous but do yourself a favor and book with another host as you will be frustrated and super disappointed here!!

Fantastic stay! Definitely get a golf cart. Beach was not our favorite so we hung out at the pools and that was great since we went to Jaco beach. Felt safe and great service! Great restaurants at the marina and beach club and also right around the corner at chili peppers!

The condo was perfect for our family of 6! We thoroughly enjoyed dinners on the patio, the pools, and all the amenities close by. Golf cart rentals a must to move about the resort areas. Everything was great!

We had a great time at Del Mar in Los Suenos. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony was wonderful for coffee in the morning watching the macaws as well as evening cocktails. We walked every morning to the Marina, beach club was nice with food and drinks, and the local beach is just around the corner with local restaurants. We loved Cocos! Great location and very safe!
