We did 2 weeks traveling around Costa Rica and on our final night before flying out of SJO we found this absolute gem of a place! Wonderful location, the view was spectacular. We couldn’t stop talking about how nice it was for the first hour or so after arriving. I highly recommend this property if you’re ever looking for a place to stay in Jaco.

This was my first to Jaco Beach and the apartment and everything inside of was perfect! I have no complaints and when I return I will be staying at this apartment again!

If I could give this place a 10, I would. it’s beautiful great location. The upstairs master bedroom is like having a whole different apartment. The pool was great. The beach could’ve been better, but the host can’t help that the only one thing I would update is directions. The Google link did not bring us to the right location and we had a very hard time finding the place

10/10 Worth every penny. The penthouse was amazing the view is beautiful. Everything was nearby lots of food choices on the strip you can walk to. I’ll definitely stay at this location again. Jaco is the best place to stay. Everybody in the group was 100% satisfied we didn’t want to leave. PS for other guest its a 1hr and 45min drive from the airport can be longer with traffic so arrive early so you don’t catch rush hour. We got a rental car from enterprise it was cheaper for us taxis will charge $150+ for a group of 6 then if you doing excursions you can save by driving yourself the roads are like the US its not complicated.

Based on prior reviews and photographs, my family of 8 adults had high expectations for the condo. Our expectations were not met. While the size of the condo and its amenities and its location were great and it had an incredible view, we were very disappointed in its condition. When we arrived, there was dust everywhere, the showers had mold where water was collecting, there were light switches that didn't work, and the upstairs shower was unusable because it only had scalding water. Also, as warned, the lock on the front door was so temperamental that it stopped working properly. Etc. Paula was very responsive when we complained about an a/c issue by sending technicians immediately. However, when we told her that the technicians said that the water leaking in the hallway was a plumbing issue, she failed to have a plumber come. In turn, the morning we left, the ceiling fell in that hallway. Thankfully we weren't hurt. Obviously, we would not stay in that Jaco condo again.
