The Space
This upscale house is situated on the north side of the island, offering breathtaking ocean views from every room and abundant natural light. Guests have direct access to a private beach. Step out onto the patio, furnished perfectly for enjoying sunsets. The infinity pool provides a stunning panoramic view of the ocean, rolling hills, and The Black Pearl Golf Course.
Each bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and self check-in.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and includes a king-sized bed along with a full private bathroom. Bedrooms two and three are upstairs, each furnished with two full-sized beds, private bathrooms, and access to the terrace. All bedrooms come with walk-in closets.
The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs. A washer and dryer are also available for guest use.
Guest Access
The community has two entrances secured by 24-hour security. The house offers private parking for up to two vehicles; please note that street parking is strictly prohibited. Access to the private community beach is available down the hill at the north entrance gate.

- A rental car is highly recommended due to limited public transportation and costly taxi services.

- The island’s septic system cannot handle toilet paper, wipes, or sanitary items being flushed. Please dispose of used toilet paper in the garbage cans provided in each bathroom to prevent plumbing issues.
- Security cameras are installed around the perimeter of the house for safety purposes only.

Absolutely beautiful home, location, and view. Had an amazing, peaceful time watching the sunsets from the infinity pool every night. Was a little hard to find at first, but once we did, we were good. House was clean with great towels and linens, which made it even better. Would definitely stay here again. We all enjoyed our girls trip. Just keep in mind, house does have a washing machine and dishwasher, so if you plan on using either, you'll need to bring or buy your own detergents, as they are not provided.

Had a fantastic stay! Beautiful clean house with unbeatable views from the private pool of the sunset over the ocean. Well stocked kitchen and linens. A few hot water issues but host and maintenance worker were quick, kind and responsive at all times. Would highly recommended to anybody looking to visit Roatan!

Would ultimately recommend, but only 4 stars due to the issues below. Great: Alex the caretaker is super responsive (fixed hot water & aircon fast). House is beautiful, spotless, and the views are amazing. OK: Peaceful spot, but 45-min drive to most restaurants/activities. Beach/pool are a bit run down, marina is being fixed. Bad: Owner’s communication was poor—(although messages via Google Translate), no proper welcome email or check-in info, request for car rental connection was met with "search online", request for babysitter contact wasn't returned at all, and last-minute directions were vague (just a map screenshot). When I asked for more info, just told “Alex will be there.” Not a typical AirBnB check-in. Before arrival, I got only the development name, street, and a partial map. Had to find the place myself. Still, we enjoyed our stay—just be ready for communication issues

This was such an amazing stay. Wonderful views, peaceful surroundings, beautiful house…everything was spotless! Host was very responsive and accommodated my family on short notice. Also, the maintenance man Alex was great! He showed us around the house and made sure we knew how to use everything. He even came to check up on us throughout our stay to be sure we didn’t need anything. I would definitely stay here again! Would leave more than 5 stars if I could!
