The place is very nice Easy to get to from the ferry. They provided transportation to and from the ferry to the location, and the property was very nice and well connected to everything. Nellie was always attentive and was very proactive and respectful It made our stay an experience where we put the logistics of the accommodation a bit aside and were able to focus on enjoying ourselves

We loved our stay at paradise villas!! The location is great and walking distance to everything we needed (grocery stores, restaurants, and ferry terminal). The beach is right outside the villas with a dock to swim and there is a pool at the center of the property. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. Staff were super helpful and there was everything we needed to prepare meals. The only things are 1) the table is a bit small and close to the wall, it only fits two people and because it is secured in place one person is very close to the wall. 2) the shower was slightly low pressure and was difficult to rinse hair. Overall though we had a great experience; our villa was very clean, rooms were comfortable, wifi worked great, and we were central to all of our activities. The complimentary pick from the airport and drop off at the ferry were very much appreciated!

Good place to stay. You are in among the bustle of San Pedro, but just set back enough to avoid the noise. Pool is good and access to waterfront. Host was very helpful and sorted out golf carts for us straight away. There was included pick up and drop off to the airport and very responsive in all messaging.

Nellie's place was a wonderful spot for our family of four including two kids age 11 and 14. We enjoyed the pool and swimming at the end of the pier in front of the property.   We loved how close the property was to restaurants and shopping.  The host was wonderful!  Great communication, we asked for help during our stay and Nellie didn't hesitate to accommodate our needs.  We appreciated the complimentary pickup from the ferry.  We highly recommend this location to others.

What a great place!  Everything was as stated.  The upstairs unit was very comfortable and nice.  We enjoyed snorkeling from the Paradise Villas pier. We had four people in an upstairs 2 bedroom unit. The property is nice and private, you can't hear the busy street as soon as you step under the arch, very peaceful. The pool looked nice, but we didn't really use it. The location is the best part, very close to many things to do and eat as well as 2 small grocery stores. The price was the best for a 2 bedroom on the beach by far. Nellie was extremely friendly to deal with over messages, she had a taxi pick us up from the airport and drop us off, which was very nice and convenient.

Absolutely wonderful stay! We rented both the upstairs and downstairs units for our group, and everything was spotless, beautifully appointed, and genuinely comfortable – the beds were a dream after long days on the water. The pool area quickly became our favorite spot; it’s so peaceful and private, perfect for curling up with a book and completely unwinding. The location couldn’t be better – truly walkable to grocery stores, fantastic restaurants, lively dock bars, and some of the best local eateries. We took the boat out three different days for snorkeling, exploring nearby cays, and fishing, and coming “home” to this relaxing oasis each evening made the trip even more special. We’re already looking forward to making this our go-to spot for years to come. If you’re headed to the area, book this place – you won’t be disappointed! Highly, highly recommend!

Paradise Villas were a beautiful place to stay. Right by the water and close to downtown. The pool is a great way to cool off and rinse off. They provided us pickup and dropoff from the ferry when we arrived and left which was incredibly helpful.

This was SUPER close to all the things- restaurants, shopping and the dive shop we love! Very cute, lovely pool, relatively quiet, safe and nice. Beds were comfortable, host is super helpful and very responsive!

This is the upstairs unit- the main bedroom has a filtered view of the water. The back bedroom is connected to the bathroom. The kitchenette had everything we needed to cook breakfast. There is a drip coffee maker if you want to bring your own ground coffee. This place is a half block away from the K Mart (a small grocery store) with everything you could need- very convenient. I appreciated that Nelly provided transport to and from the water taxi. We really didn’t feel the need to rent a golf cart. The grounds of the complex are pretty, with lush vegetation. There are some lounge chairs in the shade facing the beach. Nelly provided plenty of beach towels. I’d recommend the place to friends

This place was so enjoyable and peaceful.  The private dock made for an easy pick up for any boat excursion or snorkeling trip! Very walkable, and golf cart friendly! The maid service was very respectful and took care of us! Very responsive and helpful host as well!

Our stay at Paradise Villa was very nice. The location was very good. Close to town and the ocean side of the island. Despite being in the middle of a busy area, it felt very private and quiet within the grounds of Paradise Villas. We felt very safe during our entire stay and throughout the island. Several quality restaurants are within walking distance. The welcome book contained recommendations for around 20 restaurants. The unit itself was just as described by the listing. The level of communication and their responsiveness was probably the best we ever experienced. Nellie and Jackie were simply outstanding. If we return to Belize, we would return to Paradise Villas.

We had a wonderful stay at 6B. Our trip started a little rocky as we arrived after dark and our driver did not show. This was not Nellie’s fault. The driver got tied up somewhere else. We ended up in a taxi with a driver who argued with us about money. This was the only negative experience we had our whole trip and Nellie was communicative throughout. The groundskeeper met us at the gate and helped calm the situation with the taxi driver. 6B was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our family of 4. The grounds are beautiful & very private feeling even though you are very close to downtown. We loved how walkable everything was. We initially rented a golf cart but declined it &  just walked everywhere. Excellent restaurants nearby in each direction. Elvi’s was a favorite! The pool is very nice & relaxing with a view of the ocean. We went on 2 excursions: 1. with Tacio’s Fishing & Day tours (p/u at PV’s pier) & 2. Catamaran Belize (p/up at Palapa’s pier next door). Super convenient!

The location is great, the pool and dock are just awesome. We slept well in the rooms, comfy beds. Straight outside on the sea is Palapa's, with good food, live music and happy hour 4 to 6. We would have loved a deck but the 2 bedroom units don't have that option. Next time!

Nellie’s condo was great! We could walk to a ton of restaurants and grocery stores. The pool was lovely and the water views were lovely and relaxing. AC was great to have and Nellie was very responsive and accommodating. I’d stay here again anytime.

Excellent communication with staff. We truly appreciated their 5 star customer service. Location of property is prime! The hustle and bustle of the city is right outside, however once inside the front gate it is quiet, absolutely gorgeous, and oh so chill. VERY comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen, and a short few steps out the back gate either way you will find fabulous places to eat/drink/people watch. Guests are quiet and friendly too. You won’t regret staying here!

The location of Paradise Villas is fantastic!  Grocery stores and ER (which I had to visit!) were right out the front gate and the ocean, Palapa Bar and other beach bars are just out the beach gate.  The pool is amazing with the view of the ocean.  We did not realize that our unit was an upstairs unit (probably poor reading on our part!) but we were happy that there were no downstairs neighbors during our stay since that would mean we would not have access to the patio table and chairs.  We loved Nellie's book of recommendations and would also add D'Family for breakfast to that list as well as put in a huge recommendation for Purple Pelican for dinner.    We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to San Pedro.

Food can be pricey in San Pedro.  Traveling with two kids, I appreciated the stocked kitchen to cook some meals.  The host was very responsive during the whole trip. And I appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to and from the water taxi upon arrival and departure,.  The accommodations was located in walking distance to grocer stores, restaurants etc.  just as described in the property’s description.  The grounds were well maintained and I enjoyed chatting with other guests by the pool every evening.  Everyone was so nice!  Highly recommend this property if your planning to travel to San Pedro Belize.

Nellie was great as was Jackie. The condo is in a nice location and the hosts were very responsive to everything. We were there when a hurricane was approaching the island and both Jackie and Nellie made sure to communicate thoroughly with us. The only downside was that we had money taken from the safe in the room and we are 100% positive of this. My advice is, don’t trust the safes in the room. Outside of this, great place and really responsive and good staff that interact with you.

Good Morning Mr. Michael, thanks for your review, we certainly regrate the lost you had, this is a real puzzle for us.  All keys to the safes are kept at the office, it is only used when a guest has problems with the safe, one of our helpers from the office would take the key but will not go in the condo if the guest is not in the property, the safe is open Infront of the guest and this is what was done on your case also.  Our staff has been with us for many years and we do think we have a great team.  We will be on the lookout for this type of situation.  Thank you, do return.

Nellie and the place were great! Perfect location. You’re right in the middle of everything, yet the place is so peaceful and quiet at the same time. A friend wound up leaving his Rayban sunglasses at the condo once we had already checked out and were heading out on a flight to Belize City. She sent someone to the airport with his sunglasses before our flight. Definitely recommend this place! Will be booking again.

My family and I stayed at paradise villas in June for a couple of days and had a great time. The villa was comfortable and close walking distance to everything we needed. Pool and grounds were always clean. It was very hot but tolerable. We thought we were going to experience blackouts but it was minimal to not even noticeable. Highly recommend renting a golf cart through them. It was easy and convenient. We will definitely be back.

This place was so much fun. Nellie has a special binder full of recommendations of places to eat and things to do. There is also a guest book which is fun to look at. The kitchen is also well stocked with everything you will need. This is truly a great place to stay and has a wonderful host!!

After checking in and we start looking at the rooms, we paid for a king bed and a double bed, but one room had two single bed instead of the king size bed, so I messaged her about it. Short after a lady came up to the house and strap the two single bed together, the middle part of the bed was so hard you could not sleep on that area. Our last night was so brutal because the electricity was off from 10am in the morning and came on back at about 1am next day, so we had not water no electricity to flush the toilet we had to go and get water from the pool in a bucket. It is sad because for a place like that you should have some kind of back system for your guest. I message her about some kind of compensation for what we went through but didn’t get a response on it. I really think that we should get compensated for that last night we stay they. And they REALLY need to invest in better Beds to sleep on, had back pain for days.

All condos had water as we had town water the pressure was not the greatest, we tried to accommodate the best as possible and to my expectations we thought you were comfortable.  I do regret you had to go through this experience, please accept a one-night refund.  We do hope you will come to visit it the future.

This place was amazing, close to everything and yet so peaceful and secluded feeling. It truly was the perfect stay. Nellie was outstanding, when we ran into an issue, she responded quickly even though it was “after hours” and she did everything in her power to take care of us. Highly recommend this stay. Nellie's place was just as described. Very centrally located and a super view from the pool. On arrival, Nellie had somebody pick us up and when we were leaving she also made sure that somebody was there to bring us to the ferry with our bags. Super service. We lucked out being able to book Nellie's place very last minute for a girl's trip. The three of us had a great time. The entire staff was exceptional - from the airport pickup to arranging a golf cart rental for us and helping us when we had random questions - they were responsive and professional. Great place to stay for scuba diving trips. Lots  of places to eat and many dive shops within beach walk. Loved the privacy of the villas, the pool and the friendly staff.

Very quite and well manicured. The pool was a nice spot to relax before dinner. We would stay again on our next visit. .

I stayed here for several days with my friends (four of us in total), while we did some scuba diving, and we all really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably. You are in walking distance to several grocery stores and plenty of great bars/restaurants. There's on-site parking for golf carts if you rent one (we did), which allows you more freedom of movement across the island. All in all, this place met all of our needs, we had a great time, and would stay here again.

The place is centrally located with easy access to the town. Great place to stay with friendly people around.

We were in Belize to dive and the place was perfect. Just 100 yards from Chuck & Robbies Dive Shop. Close enough to walk into downtown, but just far enough away to avoid the nightlife noise. Nellie, the host was amazing. Incredibly responsive and helpful.

This little gem was worth every penny. San Pedro town has a lot to offer - restaurants, stores, bars, tours - and this property is right in the middle, but has the feel of a private, beachfront oasis. I would definitely recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Villas! The condo was equipped with everything we could need.  The complex was quiet, the grounds and scenery are just beautiful and the pool is really nice. The location is great, right on the beach and easily walkable to many restaurants. I would definitely stay again!

There are fancier resorts on the island, but this place was very nice and I would say ideally located. It’s not right in the middle of town, but it’s a 10 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride to everything. The host was more responsive than usual. Very nice. Very helpful. It’s a collection of maybe 10 2 story buildings with a condo upstairs and downstairs surrounding a nice little pool and right on the ocean. We brought our older teenage kids and it was perfect.

This was a great place to stay.    We had great and quick communication,  everything was just as explained.   Location is great to walkable restaurants,  right at water edge,   close to tour operators.    Will be back for sure.

We had never been to Belize and this was the final stop of our almost two week vacation.   San Pedro is a very interesting place and our family enjoyed it very much.    Juan is very helpful on the grounds and Nellie and her staff are professional.    Most restaurants and 'take off' spots for excursions (we did a full day snorkeling trip with Reef Adventures-also recommended by Nellie's team) and it was a great experience.    We also rented a cart two days and headed up to Secret Beach, which is another unique and beautiful place.    Juan arranged the cart both times.    Overall a great time in a central location in San Pedro.
