Modern Casita near the sea

Beautiful place so conveniently located in walking distance of the beach and Tamarindo up north. Plenty of food and things to do nearby, all of the beaches are incredible, and couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Kenneth and Julieth’s place is absolutely beautiful! It exceeded all of our expectations and had everything we needed for our 10-day stay. We were a group of eight, and the house was spacious, comfortable, and never felt crowded. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Every room was comfortable, and the location was perfect—everything we needed was within walking distance. Kenneth and Julieth were, without a doubt, some of the best hosts we’ve ever had. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights was their grocery delivery service before our arrival, which made the start of our vacation so easy and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and would also happily book any other property hosted by Kenneth and Julieth. They truly made our Costa Rica vacation even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect stay for two families with lots of space, private bathrooms and the two rooms with two single beds were ideal for the teenage kids. We enjoyed the splash pool and tranquil garden. We hired a golf cart to get to the main beach which worked very well, and it was great to be out of the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area. Perfect find!

The house was clean and comfortable and had great accessories which made our stay very enjoyable. We loved the layout and how each bedroom had it's own ensuite. I highly recommend this home.

We loved our stay in Tamarindo! Kenneth was such a responsive and amazing host who even came to the house himself to help us when we had a minor issue that we fixed within the day thanks to him. The house itself is gorgeous and very modern. The outdoor space is perfect for tanning and the plunge pool is great for staying cool on a hot day. I was curious to see how close the house is to the main town as I had never visited Tamarindo before. The house is in perfect walking distance (~10 min) to the town, which has so many food options and activities! There are also plenty of Ubers in the area for when we didn’t want to walk late at night. Kenneth also helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport, which took away the stress of having to find the house. He is such a gracious host, even when we had inevitable hiccups or logistical issues he took care of it so that we could enjoy our stay. Thank you so so much and I couldn’t recommend him enough!

Casa espectacular y muy bien ubicada, con todo lo necesario. El anfitrión siempre atento y rápido en responder; viajar con nuestro niño de 2 años fue muy fácil. Repetiremos sin duda.
