Condo in Cozumel

Loved the view from this place - so peaceful and right on the ocean shore! Very central and walking distance to restaurants. Highly recommend.

Jeanie's restaurant has a nice ocean view, very reasonable prices and a good selection, it's within a two minute walk. The door staff kindly let me use the pool for two hours after checkout, and let me store my bag at a table near the pool, making a later flight an easy process. Dive boats will pick up RIGHT on the pier, very handy. The supermarket across the street is MASSIVE, has any food choice imaginable, and takes US dollars. Ely, the cleaning staff lady, is very friendly. There is a massage and spa place next to Jeanie's that's very nice, and the doorman can arrange for on site massage, at a slightly less expensive price, with a different spa. Be careful when buying ferry tickets to Playa Del Carmen, be sure to specify that you do NOT want first class (there's no need, and it's an extra $4 per ticket). The induction stove top heats rapidly and there is a good supply of kitchen cookware...except....NO CORKSCREW!!

Pawel’s house was perfect. It was gorgeous, spacious and the views were unmatched. The market was right across the street for groceries and the ATM for pesos. There are a ton of shops, restaurants and bars right within walking distance

We loved the condo and left behind the things that weren’t included, 2 Carbon monoxide detectors, 3 grocery bags, 4 umbrellas, & 3 floaties for the pool. The grocery store directly across the street is better than the Mega. Alex was very responsive to our inquiries and came immediately in person to help us find the wifi. The recommendation for snorkel/scuba was excellent. We loved the security and walkability. Across the street, there was a very large music festival that went from 11pm-3am that was so loud it vibrated your internal organs and ear plugs would not help. Luckily we were so tired from our packed agenda that we slept through the noise but it was comically loud. This was the last weekend in January. The condo was extra stocked with towels, sheets, blankets, dishes and the kitchen was great for making breakfast or snacks when we were not dining out. A/C and showers were great. Beds were very comfortable. Pool, hot tub, snorkeling were also excellent. 10/10 would return.

Great location for snorkeling, the view and pool can’t be beat and the condo’s layout was conducive to families and very clean. The condo was well appointed with cookware/ dishes and glasses. We felt very safe with the 24/7 door guard and the AC worked well. Alex the host was the very best part. He was extremely responsive, had many recommendations and even helped us book a private snorkeling boat. We were a bit disappointed not to have a hot tub on the balcony, but we pleased with the way Alex helped accommodate us for not having one. There is also one in the main pool area, but unfortunately you have to get to it via a ladder, which wasn’t possible for my parents. Even so, we’d stay again.

Beautiful accommodations! Very spacious and comfortable. The view from the porch was amazing. The pools below were well maintained and great to for hanging out and socializing. Can't beat the location, right in the middle of downtown with a grocery store across the street. The main strip with restaurants, shops and beach access was a few minutes walk. All over an excellent experience.

We hD a great weekend. The pictures online are true to site. We were right off the water and in the middle of everything. Store was in walking distance. We had everything we needed from beach towels, beach toys, fully equipped kitchen and so much more. We had a great weekend. Thanks 😊
