Villa Akoya, the place and the staff, was amazing! Right on the beach, beautiful layout and responsive friendly folks. I would definitely stay there again, and hope to!

We loved every moment we spent here! The house is better than the pictures, the staff: Cleaning/security and concierge-Mile were wonderful and made the stay spectacular. The pool and outdoor area were pristine and comfortable, you walk right out the gate to swimmable beach. You can get everywhere you need by renting an ATV or walking. We wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else. This house offered everything we hoped for during our family vacation.

Our stay at an Airbnb in Santa Teresa was nothing short of spectacular! This charming coastal town in Costa Rica already sets the stage for a magical getaway, but the Airbnb we chose elevated the experience to another level. The home itself was a perfect blend of tropical charm and modern comfort. Nestled amidst lush greenery, it offered stunning views of the ocean and jungle, with an open-air design that let us feel truly connected to the natural beauty of Santa Teresa. The house was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The spacious living areas, cozy bedrooms, and well-appointed kitchen made it feel like a home away from home. The outdoor space was a highlight—lounging by the pool with the sound of waves in the distance was pure bliss. Every detail, from the comfortable bedding to the thoughtful touches like fresh towels and local coffee, was spot-on. What truly made this experience stand out was the incredible team.

An absolutely incredible stay at Villa Akoya! The location is unbeatable — right on the sand, just steps from a stunning beach with breathtaking sunsets. Waking up to a full ocean view from the bed and being able to dive straight into the sea is pure magic. The villa itself is beautiful, perfectly designed for relaxation and connection with nature. But what truly made the experience special was Mile — an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Always available, always kind, and full of great energy. Truly a dream stay — we’ll be back for sure!

“A luxurious villa located right on the beach. All the facilities in the villa are high-quality and indulgent. An amazing yard with a pool and direct access from the yard to the beach. A feeling of safety throughout the stay, with a night guard as well. Excellent daily cleaning service. Outstanding hospitality from the villa managers and the entire staff. Highly recommended!”

Had a great stay. Very responsive hosts to anything we needed. Location right on beach so privacy isn’t always the best but i didn’t mind at all. There is security and close access to everything. The home is amazing
