The Space

This two-bedroom condo offers a private setting at the end of the hallway with beautiful ocean and pool views throughout. You can check surf conditions while enjoying your morning coffee. Each room features murals painted by a local artist, celebrating Costa Rica's rich wildlife. The furniture is crafted from solid tropical wood, ethically sourced and made by selected local artisans.

The unit faces the ocean and includes a private balcony that opens directly to the pool area. It provides direct access to a secured parking garage, laundry facilities, a co-working space, and a gym.

Situated in the heart of the Jaco Strip, this is the newest and most upscale condo building in the area. The property is adjacent to the river mouth, providing some of the most consistent wave shapes on Jaco Beach.

The parking garage is secured, with additional public parking available in front of the building and on the street. A reserved parking spot on the resident level can be requested for $75 per stay.

There is a 24/7 security desk, with management available during business hours for questions or recommendations.

Policies and Additional Information

• Maximum of two guests per bedroom allowed
• All visitors must be registered before check-in
• No parties or prostitution permitted on the property
• Entry requires a QR access code; guests must provide full name and passport or driver’s license number for each individual

Please note the main pool area will be closed for maintenance from August 4 to August 18; however, the family pool remains open. Prices have been adjusted accordingly.
