The Space

This property offers everything needed for an unforgettable holiday. The private and luxurious beach club is included, with golf cart transportation available throughout the complex. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is a service room ideal for accommodating personal staff or nannies. Many guests also use this room depending on the number of people staying.

Location

The location is excellent, with the main attraction being the close proximity to La Isla shopping center. There is a special door just 20 meters from the tower that provides direct access to the shopping center, making it easy to bring strollers and children without needing a car. At night, convenience is enhanced by Harry's restaurant located almost directly across from the apartment and SHU restaurant just 50 meters away.

Guest Access

The property is family-friendly and includes all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. Golf carts provide transportation within the complex, including to the beach club.

Additional Information

• Daily cleaning service is mandatory and costs 400 pesos. The cleaner is trustworthy, excellent with children, patient, and friendly.
• Cooking services are available for an additional 200 pesos per day, covering simple dishes like chilaquiles, quesadillas, and eggs, as well as more elaborate meals.
• Guests may bring outside food if desired and use paid taxi services.
• Payments for cleaning and cooking services are made directly to the staff in cash, deposit, or transfer, covering the entire stay from check-in to check-out.
• For groups of 10 or more people, an extra person fee of 750 pesos per night applies.
• Extra mattresses are available and can be used in the living room and service room.
• Both children and adults are accommodated.
• Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for a fee of 1,500 pesos each, subject to confirmation.

• Service staff or nannies using pools: 5,000 pesos (second warning)
• Hanging towels or clothes on balcony rails: 3,000 pesos (second warning)
• Excessive noise or disturbances on terraces (parties): 5,000 pesos (second warning)
• Throwing trash or spitting onto neighbors' terraces: 5,000 pesos (second warning)
• Pets inside pools: 15,000 pesos (direct fine)
• Driving over 25 km/h in parking lots: 2,000 pesos (second warning)
• Use of quad bikes, motorcycles, golf carts, or cars on cycling and pedestrian paths (except Bali section to beach club): 5,000 pesos (second warning)
• Introducing vendors to common areas or concessioned beach without authorization: 3,000 pesos (second warning)
• Use of common areas without badge or bracelet: 1,500 pesos per person (second warning)
• Parking in unauthorized spaces or disabled spots for over 15 minutes without consent: 2,000 pesos (second warning)
• Other violations as specified in regulations: 1,000 pesos (second warning)
