We're a clean, quiet little Boutique like hotel right on the beach. There's parrots in the trees, and monkeys across the street. We have high speed wi-fi, cable TV, A/C rooms with modern upgraded bathrooms. There is a Queen bed and 3 Full beds. The room has a private balcony and can sleep up to 8 people. There is a open air shared kitchen downstairs that over looks the beach. There are mini markets and bar/restaurants within a block away. There are rental agencies 10 min away in Jaco. The space We are a clean, little 4 room hotel right on the beach. There is a balcony where you can sit and watch the waves break and the parrots feeding in the trees..

We enjoyed our stay! Jeff's place was clean and comfortable. We stayed on the top floor which has a private balcony. We used the outdoor kitchen for a few meals and made friends with some of the guests in other rooms. I enjoyed bird watching from the balcony. The beach is great! I'd stay here again!

We stayed here for one night during a local surfing competition, and the location was honestly perfect. It’s right by the beach and super close to where the competition was. There are a few restaurants and a small store nearby, which was really convenient. The room was big, the beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. There’s also a TV with streaming services, and we really enjoyed the balcony facing the beach. Jeff was also great. He was very friendly and flexible, and he let us check in early, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great place to stay, especially if you’re here for surfing or beach time.

Super nice place just in front of a goid surf spot, perfect for surfers. Room very confortable, clean & quite. Jeff has been a nice host. Very recomended

Jeff was great host, he met us when we arrived and gave us excellent directions to get there. The accommodations were very clean and we had a lovely view of the ocean

Great spot, top floor overlooking the ocean, right at (IMO) one of the best and most consistent surf spots in CR. It's dumpy and rowdy at low tide, but spots further SE are excellent at lower tides. Good restaurants in easy walking distance, and the bustling tourist metropolis of Jaco is right up the road for beginner surf, lessons, music and shenanigans. Note that it's one big room, 4 beds- no separate living room. But well spaced and good AC.

First, I want to say that Jeff, the host, was always excellent with communication and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. As for the apartment, it's right in front of the Playa Hermosa surf break you wake up and see the waves... comfortable beds and very clean.
