Ha sido una estadía espectacular. La Villa de Mercedes (y Manuel) nos ha dado el descanso necesario y la conectividad que necesitábamos en nuestro primer viaje familiar a Nicaragua. Manuel siempre ha estado en contacto con nosotros preocupado que estemos cómodos y que nada nos falte. El apoyo incondicional de Henri y su familia ha sido fundamental para nuestra estadía. ¡Volveríamos a ojos cerrados!

Muy linda la quinta, mi familia y yo disfrutamos la estadia, Henry y Maité fueron muy amables con nosotros. La casa esta rodeada de plantas y arboles bonitos y esta situada en un lugar centrico a muchos restaurantes de buena calidad. graciás por todo.

This little casita is a home away from home. I cannot recommend it enough! There is a wonderful little pool, a full kitchen with all amenities, two bedrooms that are separated from each other with excellent privacy, a large living area and dining table, and a beautiful garden! There are TWO grills! Theres a hammock in the garden. This home made paradise feel even more wonderful. Importantly, I felt extremely safe while I was there because they have a caretaker who cleans the garden daily and protects the property. This caretaker lives in a separate house with his young children, so he protects this space like it is his own! I highly recommend this house while in Nicaragua! We rented a car and it is very central to all of the cities you may want to travel to! Thanks again Mercedes and Miguel, I hope to return again one day!

This villa is the most economical and beautiful place to stay here in central Nicaragua. Small pool but enough to cool off while sun bathing in nice courtyard. Close to so many wonderful sites. Managua,Masaya live volcano( must see at night)All Amenities of home. Cable TV and Internet.Hot Water!! Bottled drinking water. 3 queen beds and 2 singles in 2 bedrooms. The pictures show exactly what you get.

Wonderful place! A space to rest and share with the family. The location is very easy to access. One of the toilets didn’t work properly but Mercedes’s husband attended and corrected the situation. The facilities are very comfortables the living room is cozy and warm place. The only drawback that i see is the entrance and the exit or the house, because sometimes you need to contact to Henry (the house keeper) to open and/ or close the gate, otherwise../ highly recommended!
