Si buscan un lugar privado, frente a la playa, con espacio suficiente para grupos grandes, esta es la opción! La casa es hermosa, espaciosa, con todo lo necesario para estadías largas o cortas. Tiene seguridad en todo momento y limpieza diaria! Mich fue una excelente host, atenta a recomendaciones y cuando teníamos dudas de algo, en minutos tuvimos respuesta. A un kilómetro del centro de Santa Teresa, cerca de restaurantes y supermercados. 100% recomendado! No se van a arrepentir

House was in a great location-- close to town, easy to find and access but also very quiet and private. The grounds were well-maintained and lush, with lots of lizards and other wildlife present including monkeys! Our group of 11 had plenty of space both inside and outside, with generous room sizes plus lots of bathrooms and common area seating. We could hear the ocean from the house, but there are no direct views and it sits off and away from the water a good bit. Also, there are popular tide pools on the beach which was super cool for the kids to explore but also somewhat crowded on certain days. The housekeeping staff was there every day and did a good job keeping things tidy for us. Overall it was a great time and I would recommend this property for any bigger group that prioritizes privacy but also looks for a fun, engaging home to enjoy.

It had lots of space for plenty of family members or friends. Nice comfortable pool area. As far as the beach goes, if you're going to enjoy the beach, not good for swimming. All in all we had a good time.

Fantastic location just slightly out of Santa Teresa which maintained the peace and tranquility of our beach experience. You can be in Mal Pais or Santa Teresa within 5 mins either direction. Hosts were very accommodating of our requests and even installed a few hammocks so we could listen to the ocean from the back yard. Would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion is that the property is somewhat hard to locate. Listed landmarks no longer exist so we had to have Michh drop a pin so we could find her. A great stay. Will definitely return. Thank you.

We had a group of 12 and the house was perfect! Spacious, clean, just as pictured. The staff is quick to respond and react to any issues or questions. Michelle, the house manager is warm and friendly and happy to make reservations or arrange tours and transportation. The house is close to stores and restaurants but tucked away behind a secured gate to give you privacy. We loved our time at Villa Oceana Mal Pais and highly recommend it!!
