The space ✱ Downstairs: A luxurious king-size bedroom (2 pers) with an en-suite bathroom and smart TV for your ultimate comfort and privacy. ✱ Upstairs: A cozy queen-size bedroom (2 pers), also featuring its own private bathroom. ✱ Living Area: Open, bright space with a sunken design sofa, equipped with one smart TV and high-speed satellite Wi-Fi STARLINK ✱ Kitchen: Fully equipped for all your culinary adventures. Guest access ✱ Access from Managua: It's about a 2-hour drive from Managua center or the airport until Playa Guasacate. Easy peasy, just follow the signs or use your GPS! ✱ Airport Transfer: Need a lift? Just send us a message, and we can arrange that for you—convenience at its finest! ✱ Villa Access: Once you arrive in playa Guasacate, follow the main road until you see our MAHALO sign on your right. You can't miss it. ✱ Beach Access: Just a short stroll of —30 meters—to the beach for stunning sunsets and ocean dips. Other things to note ✱ Groceries: Stop at La Colonia supermarket on your way from Managua or Rivas to the Villa —for everything you need. Or, there’s a mini-market in Playa Guasacate, just a 10-minute walk away (but prices can be a bit higher) ✱ Drinking Water: Drinking tap water is not recommanded in Nicaragua— You’ll find a 20-liter bottle waiting for you open your arrival. When you're out, just order a new one from the restaurant, we will add it to your note and come replace it. ✱ AC: Enjoy the convenience of air conditioning in all rooms. ✱ Electricity: Rest easy knowing there is a backup power generator on standby ensuring an uninterrupted electricity all day and night. ✱ Tranquility: Experience peace and quiet in our calm neighborhood, perfect for relaxation.

This place is a hidden gem. Best part of our family was staying here in Popoyo. The house is stunning and the location is incredible. This entire stay was an amazing experience. Highly recommend kooks cafe and local spots for food. The beach water is like silk on your skin, the sand feels smooth and the beach is not crowded at all. Many times we were the only ones on the beach during the day. We really can’t express enough gratitude for the beautiful house and the service provided from the manager of the area she was great. Can’t wait to be back!

We had a nice stay and would return. It’s a gorgeous place, just steps from the beach which was never busy! An easy walk to the restaurants and bars down the road, but we ate at La Perla a couple of times (across the street) and it was delicious. We also got breakfast delivered to the room and it was so relaxing and great. A bit far from the shop if you need drinks or snacks, but poyopo delivers dropped us off drinks for a great price. The rooms were comfortable, but we didn’t realise one of the rooms didn’t have a door to the bathroom, which could be problematic for some. We also had a few minor things happen while we were there, but handled with care. Would recommend!
