Here’s a polished review you could post: We had an amazing stay! Sonjia was an incredible host—responsive, thoughtful, and always quick to help with anything we needed. She even helped book activities and made the entire trip feel effortless and stress-free. The house was absolutely beautiful and even better than we expected. It was the perfect place for our family to relax, spend time together, and socialize. There was plenty of space for everyone, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend both this home and Sonjia as a host!

Our stay was everything we could have asked for. The house was beautiful, just as advertised. Maybe even better than advertised because there were a few extra amenities that I either wasn’t aware of or I inadvertently overlooked them when picking a place to stay. Sonia was exceptional when it came to planning the perfect stay. She helped to plan everything from airport transportation, transportation during our stay, surf lesson, private chef, etc. There was one little incident with a bedroom AC, but Sonia had the HVAC guy at the house first thing the next morning, and it was back to working order that same day. Excellent communication, perfect location, and I would definitely book again!

Don’t worry about the shower situation. I was skeptical at first but I used the hand held shower head and I didn’t get any part of the room wet in the master bedrooms. The place was high end and provided pool toys like beach ball, floaty donut, football etc. Sooo many plates and silverware which helped a lot. I will totally recommend this place. And I can’t find any faults. It was perfect!

Absolutely amazing stay at Casa Hilltop. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The ocean views from the house are unreal, especially from the infinity pool, which was our favorite spot to relax and watch the sunset. The home is bright, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a laid-back vacation. It had everything we needed! Just bring your food and it’s like being right at home. Sonia was incredibly helpful and responsive, offering thoughtful concierge-style touches like local recommendations and helping us arrange golf carts to explore town and a full day adventure trip at Rincon de La Vieja. The house is close enough to town to grab dinner or hit the beach, but still feels private and peaceful. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Sonia was a fantastic host. Right from the first day I booked she was quick to respond and extremely helpful. When we arrived at the house she gave us a tour around the house to show us where everything was and how everything worked. During our stay she was very helpful with any questions we had and very quick to help with any issues. Sonia was the best host I have ever worked with.

We loved staying at this house. The house was just as beautiful in person as the pictures. The house is walkable to town/beach. However, we rented a golf cart which made it easier with kids and our parents. Our favorite part was hanging out at the pool and watching the sunsets from the balcony. There was a such a nice breeze. We cooked most of our meals in the outdoor kitchen-everything is convenient as there are multiple fridges and sinks outside as well to keep drinks and snacks so you don’t have to go far from the pool. The town has a lot of cute bars, great shopping, and yummy restaurants… a little pricey but worth it. We found it hard to leave the house and explore though bc it was so nice. :) Lastly, Sonia made our vacation stress free. She helped us book everything from transportation to excursions, super responsive and always willing to help us. Thank you Sonia- we had a great experience and miss it already!

The Airbnb was perfect for our bachelor trip with 6 people—spacious, beautiful, and with stunning sunset views. It’s centrally located, close to restaurants, bars, clubs, and the beach. The house was very clean, with two master bedrooms offering separate access, and a fully equipped, large kitchen. The only downside, unrelated to the Airbnb itself, was the presence of large native grasshoppers outside at night, which limited outdoor evening activities. Overall, an excellent stay!

This house was absolutely incredible! We loved everything about it! The location is absolutely amazing and the view is spectacular! The pictures are amazing but it is even better in real life! The accommodations were so comfortable and the house has everything we needed and so much more. We rented golf carts and had easy access with a short ride down the hill to all Tamarindo has to offer. Sonia was extremely responsive and helpful with recommendations! We would absolutely stay here again in the future and highly recommend!

We will absolutely stay again! This has been one of the best experiences we've had. Sonia went above and beyond to help me plan my husband's surprise birthday week. The small hiccups we had on site were resolved immediately and i couldn't have asked for a better host! Can't wait to come back one day!!
