The Space
Located in the popular Villa Verde Dos community, this two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom unit is ideal for couples, friends, or family vacations. The open-concept main floor opens directly to one of the two pools on the property.
Each bedroom is individually air-conditioned and includes a private bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort. The second bedroom features a double/single bunk bed, perfect for children or adults.
Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with a new pillow-top mattress and a balcony overlooking the garden, providing a peaceful spot for morning coffee. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bottom and single top, making it suitable for families or groups traveling together.
The main floor, also air-conditioned, includes a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. A comfortable sofa provides a relaxing place to watch TV after a day at the beach.
Guest Access
The complex is secured with a locked gate, and guests receive the gate code prior to arrival. The unit itself has a unique access code that changes with each guest, which will also be provided before arrival.
Guests are welcome to use anything in the unit, including condiments, oils, and spices. Please consider leaving any unused items for future guests.
Important Notes

Toilet Paper Disposal: Due to the septic systems common in Costa Rica, toilet paper should not be flushed. Please dispose of it in the provided garbage bins.

Electricity Usage: For stays of four weeks or longer, the rental price includes up to 750 kWh of electricity (approximately US$160), which covers reasonable use of air conditioning and the dryer. Any excess consumption will be charged to guests.

Water Conservation: Guanacaste Province often experiences droughts from December through April, leading to occasional water shutoffs. The property has a backup holding tank, but guests are encouraged to conserve water by turning off faucets when not in use, reusing towels, avoiding unnecessary laundry loads, and reporting leaks or running toilets promptly.

Power and Internet: Occasional outages of electricity or internet may occur. Please be patient as service is restored.
Insects and Wildlife

Ants may occasionally be found indoors. If they become excessive, notify the host to arrange ant traps. Outdoor ants play an important role in the environment and should be left undisturbed.

Cockroaches are present in Costa Rica and might rarely appear inside. Their presence does not indicate poor cleanliness or infestation, as they do not live in groups. Cockroach spray is available on the property, or guests may remove them as needed.

Please avoid leaving food or garbage outside, as local wildlife such as raccoons and skunks may disturb trash bins.

Incredible location, we walked everywhere! The stay was great, house had all the amenities we needed. The AC units cooled the rooms down quickly when turned on, and the rooms were in good condition. The host was very responsive and the map provided to us at check in was very useful.

The condo was great Liane was amazing. The only thing is I believe the condo could use some TLC as in paint and windows cleaned furniture needs replacing and new patio furniture. But that is on the owner not Liane she was amazing

The location was excellent—close to the beach, restaurants and shops, while still feeling private. The host was very responsive and quick to reply to messages, and the pool was nice. The rooms were big also. I want to give an honest and constructive review. I’m rating this stay 3 stars because the unit could benefit from a deeper clean and some maintenance. There was noticeable dust, dirty dishes, and several items that were broken or worn, including the clothes drying rack, brooms, clothesline, and non-stick pans that likely need replacing. The bathroom floor mats were also not clean. There was also an intermittent rotten-egg smell. I initially thought it might be gas, but it wasn’t. The host was responsive and came by to check, though the smell wasn’t noticeable at that time. With improved cleaning and a few repairs, this place has the potential to be a much more comfortable stay given its great location, responsive host and outdoor amenities.

A perfect place for a vacation, comfortable and cozy with everything you need to relax. There's a pool and green area to enjoy at any time, and it's close to the beach and all the daytime and nighttime amenities. Liane was an excellent host, providing very detailed information about places and activities in Tamarindo. We had a great time.

It was a very nice apartment and the site was well maintained, including the pool. It was also quick and easy walking to beach & town. We really enjoyed our stay and Liane was very nice and accomodating. Thank you!

The apartment was perfect for our family. It's about a 500m walk to the beach and has two small shaded pools for when the afternoon sun gets too hot. Groceries, restaurants, etc. are all not far away. Definitely recommend this place

Liane est une hôte avenante et proactive. Elle avait laissé une carte sur la table pour nous indiquer les places utiles à connaître à Tamarindo. Le logement est très bien équipé, avec des condiments laissés dans le frigo et des épices disponibles. 4 chaises de plage et quelques jeux sont également disponibles pour s’amuser. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésitation.
